Also, staff is unkind, room is cold and dirty and no amenities.
Anyway, this travel is very terrible experience for me.
Room was clean, it wasn’t too small and comfortable bed
Shower was a little too small.
The elevator was definitely too narrow, my elders couldn’t get in there together with their suitcases since there was not enough room. So only one could fit there with 1 suitcase.
I could heard everything outside, especially from the restaurant next to it once they’re closing I’m assuming, since the noise was late night.
Located in a very busy area so there is no parking. We had to drive to a parking garage and walk back and forth in the rain.
Overall wasn’t bad for me and my husband, just a little inconvenient for our relatives who were visiting.
The price was fine, I guess, but it seems like the attention to detail and thoughtful care that was there before is no longer there...
