It was super noisy outside. Be warned, you won't get a quiet night of sleep.
I had a confirmed reservation via Booking.com for two nights. I arrived at 11:30 PM only to be told that the hotel had overbooked and my room was given to someone else.
The receptionist, alone and clearly untrained, had no idea how to handle the situation. No refund, no alternative, no solution.
We had to wait over 30 minutes for a manager to call back — after midnight — and still nothing was resolved. At that point, we were left without a room and no support.
I had to book another hotel last minute at a higher price and pay for parking.
Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Avoid this hotel.
