Hotel & Restaurant Europa in Russelsheim

Horrible! Worst hotel I have ever seen in my entire life. My company booked it during a Frankfurt fair week for two nights. When we arrived, they gave me a room for two because it was the only one available. When I arrived on the second night, my belongings were no longer in the room and when I asked, I was told that a single room was now free and they had moved ALL MY BELONGINGS to it, underwear, dirty clothes, personal items, to the other room without even asking me or trying to contact me to move them myself. I complained and asked for my money back because I was not going to stay in that hotel again. The manager gave me a phone number to complain and when I called, I found out that it was his mother. She is neither the owner nor the manager, she doesn't even work at the hotel. So he just gave me his mother's number, no refund, worse hotel experience of my entire life. Don’t go there.

No towels in the room, only on request, no reading light, no lift for a 3 floor hotel, very very basic room

I didnt like it at all, the beds bad hair in them, the wi-fi was very bad, the televison sound was very low even if u put it to the max, the bathroom had water everywhere on the floor which tells that the people didnt clean it properly, horrible Experience won't come back.

It was so not German. I am disappointed.
Real price was different from price on website.
Didn't received recipe.
Problems with wifi.
Personal on place didn't understand simple English.

Well done maid. Room was clean.

Next time I won't stay there, coz bad experience. Looked like you want to get rid of your clients not to make them get back.

Very bad

Good location, includes a restaurant. But: Smelly rooms, seems like not getting ventilated a lot. Otherwise ok, nice staff (but overworked when I checked in). No recommendation.
