It's a very nice family owned hotel. The room was so spacious, and the toilet was clean spotless. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were comfortable. Fluffly feather pillows for a good rest in a quiet area. The homemade breakfast buffet to start the morning was more than enough to give me energy to explore the lovely city.

Single room, small, very clean, perfect for my needs, and at a great price. Very friendly staff and the room was ready, even though I checked in more than two hours before check in time. Convenient location, and great breakfast for only about €12.

I was looking for a hotel in Wiesbaden for a conference and found a place to stay for two nights. The room's furnishings were functional, but could use a more modern touch. Wonderful location right next to the beautiful park and the castle. Awesome for a nice walk any time of the day all the way down to the rive. Quaint restaurants down the road. Service is very good. Room and breakfast are very good for that price level.

Average hotel near the beautiful park. Rooms were quite small but usable. The equipment is already a bit used. Breakfast was fine, what you would expect.

Room ok, but toilets could be bigger, a sink for guests and construction workers not good and after the BIG the construction workers are cleaned .....

One of the highlights is the stunning terrace gardens. The hotel has done an amazing job of creating a natural oasis right in the heart of the city. It's a unique and unforgettable experience.

It is located in a very busy street. I didn't really feel safe at night. But it is close to the city centre, hbf and anywhere else I had to go. Rooms are not in their best condition. Walls were dirty. But bed sheets were clean.

At the time a lot will be renovated. New Elevator in the courtyard. Makes a good impression and has a Central location.

The hotel is clean confortable, the bed is great for a good sleep. People is very kind and helpful. But my experince is that , if you need the invoice, yes or yes, ask for it when you check in, do not let them send it to you by mail; if you do so, be sure you receive it at that moment, or......

Plenty of shopping near by. Only reason did not give breakfast 5 stars was we did not have it as part of the room package. It is an extra charge. Overall a wonderful place to stay!

I’ve stayed at the Motel One in Wiesbaden several times, but this visit was especially wonderful. The front desk team was exceptionally dedicated and genuinely committed to creating a great guest experience – many other hotels could take a lesson from them! Here, service orientation and customer satisfaction truly come first. We’re already looking forward to our next stay in January! :-)

I’ve been to Wiesbaden five times and stayed at many hotels, but this is the first one with no minibar or even a bottle of water for guests. The breakfast selection is also very limited. Parking is quite inconvenient — you have to park in the shopping center and it took me a while to find the elevator to the hotel because there were no clear signs. For the same price, I’d rather stay at Premier Inn...

No complaints and as expected. We were allocated a room on the top floor, and asked for this be be changed but they declined. Also keys didn't work do we had to go backwards and forwards to reception a couple of times.

Everything was good. Room was clean and staff was friendly.

Ok Perfectly acceptable. If you are looking for an affordable place this is just fine. The beds were beds and the room was a room. The only problem we had was the top bunk had dirt marks on the sheet and most of the blankets had holes in them. Otherwise fine.

Budget accommodation. Smallish room, tiny bathroom. Cleanliness so la la, our son was sleeping in the upper bunkbed and discovered lots of dust. Despite being located in an industrial neighborhood they charge 5 Euros per night for parking, which is a bit petty.

Near motorway, clean, small rooms, adequate for a one night stay, no more free parking though.

Family friendly We have two kids and it was a perfect size for us. The bunk bed is comfortable as well as our bed. The water is warm as soon as you turn it on. The breakfast is surcharge but it was all worth it. My favorite part is the unlimited coffee and the cheese 😋. Friendly staffs.

Good hotel for the price. Conveniently located just a 5–6 minute walk from Mainz Hbf. Rooms are spacious and clean, including the bathroom. Staffs are friendly too. I recommend trying their breakfast buffet—it’s a nice option. Note for the owner: Please ensure the breakfast items are monitored regularly. On one occasion, I noticed hairs on a cold cut platter.

We were traveling for business, and the events were very close to the hotel. Everything was perfect for us, and the value for money was excellent.

The hotel was well specified and offered good value for money. The reception staff were very helpful and the booking process was flawless. As a small group of 4 friends (2 couples) travelling down from Brussels by train and stopping for a few nights in Mainz, the hotel served our purpose very well. My mom lives only a short walk away from the hotel and this was the perfect location. A short walk from the train station. The staff was always friendly and willing to answer any questions. Breakfast was delicious. The mattress was way more than comfortable. Our stay was amazing. The room was always spotless. I would come back any time.

Very friendly staff, we had a problem with a broken toilet so we got upgraded straight away to a better room. Location is also perfect, walkable to city center. There is also no sound from the trains/traffic hearable in the rooms. Good price for nice clean room. We didn't have breakfast here, in the city there are better options.

Best price/quality ratio, everything you need for a short stay is here. Super friendly stuff! Service is very important, very. English speaking. The parking place is free and available, but not always easy to find. Literally the hotel is located on Bahnhof, but it's not noisy at all when the window is closed. I don't mind choosing this hotel again for a stay.

We felt very welcome the moment we stepped into the hotel, our room was already available, charging point was very easy to access for our electric car. And within walking distance you have a cool grafiti park and small shopping center. There are plenty of restaurants and bars to get something to drink or eat. Location is close to the train station, rooms are nice. One of the managers was very helpful but another one gave me nothing but attitude and was incredibly rude.

English speaking staff. Good air-conditioning. Basic hotel but clean. The reception is not 24 hour, so remember to call ahead if you are checking in late.

Eventually, i didn't stay at the hotel as i arrived late and couldn't find the code to my room. Regardless, the management was so helpful and responsive. A truelly exceptional service, thank you!

We enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rebook again. The breakfast was okay. The room was small for four but we made it work. The only negative thing I would say would be once you get off the elevator, there was such a bad smell that carried into the hallway. The smell was there everyday.

A great location, across from a large park but easy walking distance to train station and Dom. Larger room with good sized bath with super shower. Had no problem storing bikes. They might want to upgrade television package for guests (nothing but local channels). Breakfast was good. If we return to Mainz we would look forward to staying here again. Through the recommendations of friends we decided to stay here and we were not disappointed at all. Good resting place for a weekend. This is an okay place to stay and rest for a weekend after a long flight from Australia. The cement factory next door gets noisy on Monday morning, the day we left. There is no elevator so beware of heavy suitcases. There is a nice walk to the Rhine river through a forested area. The supermarket nearby is closed on Sunday’s. Finding something to eat nearby is a challenge...

Great place for a very quiet stopover This is a great place for a stopover. The room we had was large, comfortable & immaculately clean! Plenty of parking. It is in a kind of industrial area that’s true - but it’s extremely quiet and only 2 - 300 yards walk from supermarkets etc… The lady who owns the complex was extremely helpful and friendly. Clean room, clean bathroom, smells good, internet works nice.

The Pension has good reviews, but I didn't like it. 1) The area is isolated and there are very few weak lights. So it was pretty scary. There is no reception(room card is from a dispenser), which makes the isolation even worse. 2) The building itself has 0 charm. It looks like an apartment building from the soviet era (inside and out). 3) the room itself was ok, but the beds were extremely skinny....

The rooms are fine. Some rooms include kitchens. The two staff members I met were very nice. The location seemed a little odd at first (right on the edge of an industrial area) but actually quite convenient. It's right by a freeway and there's a pharmacy, restaurants, grocery stores, and a train station all within a couple minute drive.
