This for far, the worst Hotel that I've been in my life, please don't come here if you want at least a decent service and room. The photos of the room are fake!.

The guy from the reception is super nice, but the person from the phone line is very aggressive and with terrible customer service.

I got little room but the worst part for me is bed sheet are dirty as hell I don't think they are cleaned slippers missing hygiene problem

One of the highlights is the stunning terrace gardens. The hotel has done an amazing job of creating a natural oasis right in the heart of the city. It's a unique and unforgettable experience.

DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

Room: zero stars: Bed FULL OF BED BUGS. Not fit nor healthy for human habitation.
Service: zero stars. Receptionist seemed to consider guests an inconvenience. No reception or any contact out of hours, nor the following morning.
Hotel is quite close to the city centre. Did not want to boost the rating by giving a higher mark.
The bed was full of bed bugs - complained to the management and over two weeks later have still heard nothing from the hotel. I ended up trying to sleep in a chair.

Overall zero stars. The worst Hotel I have ever stayed in.

Please DO NOT GO HERE. Even if you are willing to stay cheap. Try other places. Through Hopper the check in time said 12pm but the reception insisted they start at 3pm. (The reception was not even there to begin with we had to wait 1 hrs till 3pm). I demanded a refund and guy at the reception has no idea, like dude you work here you should at-least know the next step. There are flies everywhere and the carpet / rugs are very old. There are no elevator to the 2nd floor we literally had to drag our luggages. The room is fine and very old, the noise is super loud from outside. As soon as I saw the rooms and the service I immediately checked out and booked hotel at Frankfurt Flemings and Im so glad I did that. Especially for women who are traveling spend more and stay at a better place.

It is located in a very busy street. I didn't really feel safe at night. But it is close to the city centre, hbf and anywhere else I had to go. Rooms are not in their best condition. Walls were dirty. But bed sheets were clean.

DO NOT STAY! I stayed at this hotel for one day a month ago, and I’m still waiting on my dispute to settle because they double charged me for a full week and refuse to give me a refund! However, the worst part is I could only stay in that place for one day because of how poor the room was. Do not believe the pictures you see on their website. Tape peeling off of the lamp shade, paint peeling off the wall with mold behind it, old disgusting showers, no parking! You have to park 3 blocks down at the closest parking garage so I hope you don’t have too many bags to unload. 100% do not recommend.

One of the worst hotels! Stayed there for 2 nights. I got bitten by bedbugs. Mold in the shower. Broken closet door. Got diharrea from the water. The floor was uneven. Carpets on the floor (unhygienic). Dried old chewing gum on the bed and some food on the wall above the bed. The chair was old and the table had cuts all around the edge. Also no fan, it was very warm at night. Lots of noise outside the window. The receptionist did a good job, he brought us a fridge to have in our room.

Very unfriendly woman on the phone and on site, it was not better. The Hotel can still be so clean, yet so good food, etc... If the staff is unfriendly, you can dispense with everything else. To not recommend.

At the time a lot will be renovated. New Elevator in the courtyard. Makes a good impression and has a Central location.
