B&B HOTEL Wiesbaden-Hbf in Wiesbaden

The location and facilities are fine, but I'm not sure if they don't usually clean, but they haven't cleaned the place once in seven days. I don't think I'll ever go back.

Hotel staff wasn't trained in modify reservations and billing. The incorrect credit card was billed, instead of the card I presented when finalizing my check in. Several personnel couldn't product an daily invoice from my three day Reservation.

We arrived to a locked, unstaffed hotel. It took 45 minutes to check ourselves in and get into the room, because the check in system was so glitchy - at times it told us we didn't even have a booking! This was really stressful and unwelcome. The beds were tiny and very uncomfortable and we slept very poorly. I would never stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel, the doors were locked and no staff were present. To get into the building and then to our room, we had to complete a booking process on screen. The system kept saying it had emailed us the access codes we needed but it hadn't. Then it began to tell us that we had no booking at all. It took 45 very stressful minutes to get into the building. This after an 8 hour journey - and the toilets were locked too!!! Other guests arrived and they were having a similar experience. It was completely unacceptable. We were seriously looking at booking another hotel so we would have somewhere to sleep!!! We eventually got into our room, stressed and tired and very annoyed. The two single beds looked custom built - I have never seen such narrow beds before. Each had a mattress-topper and extra cover that slid off during the night, meaning we slept extremely poorly. The good parts - the room was dark and quiet. Breakfast was ok. Hotel was very close to Schlacthof - so very handy for concert goers. Overall, we were extremely unhappy with our experience here and wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.
