Hotel Schlömer in Cloppenburg

I wouldn’t stay there unless I really had to. We stayed due to some unexpected circumstances and booked the last minute. It was dirty, cheaply made and not well maintained. Refreshing supplies aren’t good or sufficient. Their service is poor. They don’t clean and refresh the room properly. I would question the hygiene of linens and towels due to their overall low standard about cleanliness. The only good feeling we had was that we supported a local, family business but they should run this business much better.

Thank you for your reply to my review. I’m adding my stay details here. Our reservation was on my husband’s name. We checked in October 13th (late at night) for one night only, but then had to extend it and checked out October 17th, Monday. We stayed at the apartments, where you go outside from the back of the hotel. I hope this helps.
In addition, it would have been nice if you informed us during the check-in that breakfast wasn’t included in the room rate. We found out about it at the check-out.
