Gladly stay here again Downtown with restaurants across treet n end of the block. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay, was travelling through for 1 night with family of four would highly recommend.

10/10 super friendly staff....stayed for 1 night 2 adults and 2 teenagers in a suite, 2 rooms (massive) TV in each room even the bathroom....very clean modern and tastefully decorated ....parking at back of hotel, town centre just across from the hotel, breakfast fantastic all you could want from a continental breakfast, have to add that the breakfast room was lovely everything was set up with care...

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Cloppenburg, it was easy to find, very clean and offered fantastic breakfasts.

The convenient location was great. There were options for dinner and the Breakfast was tasty and big. The room was large, with a good shower and a comfortable bed.

I stay for the second time, everything suits: the location, the rooms and the breakfast. I was afraid it would be noisy, as the windows face the street, but the room is quite quiet.

Nice friendly staff, even if little English - moved her car out of the car park so I could park in secure yard - beyond the call of duty! Interesting town with several restaurants but sadly NOT a single German one. That was a pity but not hotel's fault.

Lovely rooms. We had a double ensuite which had a shower. Some ensuites have baths and the bathrooms were massive! We stayed for one night with family members. The staff knew enough English to check us in. Great location. Just a short walk from the high street.

Traditional german food and friendly staff

Received well, and the staff could easily switch rooms for us as we have two small children. Really care for children in this hotel with a kitchenette and a room to play inside when the weather is not great.

This is a great hotel, cheap and cheerful. The staff are friendly and helpful, even coming out late at night to check me in when the hotel had shut for the night. Buffet breakfast is varied and fresh. The rooms are simple with no luxuries, but beds are comfy and there is plenty of storage.

This is an excellent hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and the buffet breakfast is great. There is plenty of secure parking. We very much have enjoyed our stay. The walk to the city centre is about 15 minutes and rather pleasant. There is plenty to do in Oldenburg and lots of good restaurants and cafes.

I wasn't expecting anything special and I wasn't disappointed :) Have easy parking, nice staff and good breakfast. I am happy. Unfortunately there was no elevator.

We had an excellent stay as usual. This has to be at least my fourth visit. Lovely comfortable beds, great products in the bathroom. Always an enjoyable breakfast and they are always willing to accommodate you. Fresh bread and rolls, great selection of fruit, vegetables and a cooked breakfast.

Almost everything. Location was great. Room was great. There were even adjustable beds, which was a big bonus. And everything was very clean. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were very helpful.

Pros: very helpful staff, very nice breakfast and really good location! Cons: it can be quite noisy at night for those who stay in rooms that face the main street (Damm). Even though I closed all windows I could still hear the cars and people's chatting. The loft room was in a nice quiet area and very spacious. Staff at reception and breakfast were all polite, helpful and happy. Thankfully their English was very good as well. Great hotel in a great city.

Very pleasant staff helps to make this a nice venue. Breakfast offers many fresh choices, and the hotel’s own parking lot is conveniently outside the side door. Rooms are OK, and those preferring hard mattresses will be happy. Bathroom has a tub, shower head, and hand nozzle with string pressure and plenty of hot water. Telekom WiFi in building works well. Great choice in Oldenburg.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was actually a suite of two spaces--a decent-sized living room and a separate bedroom with the en-suite bath. The easy parking in front of the hotel is a plus, and the other great thing is the location, close to the main RR station and central shopping area.

Clean, functional, non-fussy room. However, there were some details that were awkward for me. I am not terribly short (152 cm), but I could only reach the on button for the light over the sink by using my hairbrush to extend my reach. The towel rack was also exceptionally high, and I could just barely reach it. Such design mistakes do not meet anyone's idea of accessibility for normal items.

Second time in this excellent hotel - ☆☆☆ superior - German top quality. The hotel is close to the train station. It is a quiet, squeaky clean hotel with very friendly personnel. There are some free of charge goodies that may surprise you. Well, enjoy your stay when you are there. Cheerios!

Basic rooms are more like pods and are unbelievably loud. You will hear neighbors talk, shower, go to the bathroom etc. Gym is great but freezing so too cold to workout. Breakfast is decent and staff is really wonderful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B hotel Oldenburg. The staff were friendly and accomodating, parking was convenient and secure and it was a short walk to the lovely town centre. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We did not have breakfast as we needed to go into town in the morning and there was a great variety of eating places there.

Hadn’t a reservation with the hotel. The concierge Marina, was courteous, polite and friendly. She placed used in an excellent room. Breakfast included at a reasonable price.

This new hostel is really nice! With a five minutes walk from the railway station it offers a fresh and spacious stay. An excellent buffet breakfast is served, with some extra's on Sundays. The restaurant I'll test a next time. Very good in short with spacious and quiet rooms and large showers. Just a must!

I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel zum Rosenteich! The service was really great - the staff were always friendly and accommodating. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which is second to none. There was a large selection that made the perfect start to the day.

A family-run hotel with lots of great options and heart in the house. Sensational and well thought out breakfast buffet with helpful and friendly service. Great winter garden, well-kept terrace and peacock in the large garden equipped with loungers. Just a few minutes walk to the lake. However, the 80x80 shower and the entire bathroom were too small for me, but that was only the only point of criticism...

We booked an overnight stay. The hotel is in a top location, our double room was modern, very clean. The breakfast had a large selection, a bit of everything. It was always cleaned up very quickly and the service was really very good throughout the house. Here you can really escape from everyday life. Many thanks to the whole team and keep it up. We have rarely felt as comfortable as we did in this hotel. We received a very friendly welcome. Our dog was bribed with a dog blanket, bowl and treats. Friendliness, cleanliness and service as well as the breakfast were unparalleled. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back.

Service and the room very good

The large room with a view over the lake makes it easy to enjoy Bad Zwischenahn. The hotel is well-situated asnd is a good starting point for a walk along the lake. The city centre is just around the corner, with its Christmas market, holds various places for a coffee break. I liked it.

Cold shower! There was only cold water in the bathroom (including the shower) both days we were there. That's too bad! Otherwise we were very happy.

Place is clean. Well located next to lake and part of a small, cozy village. Rooms and decour is not updated and a bir worn out. Spa area is average. One of the saunas did not work. Tried a hot stone massage, which was nice. Breakfast is slightly boring selection. No pastry or pancakes. Friendly staff. We came as a family of four with two teenagers. We saw no other guest aged below 50 years...

A very impersonal hotel with a lack of atmosphere; there are much better places to feel comfortable. The service also leaves much to be desired, with quite long waiting times, especially at dinner. All in all, one visit is enough. I won't be returning.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service at a good price. The spa and pools are extensive and offer true relaxation. Restaurant four courses priced decent with their own homemade wine, which tastes fresh and easy. Decent size apartments and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very, very good meat and a super cozy as well as pretty resturant. The service was also really good, and our waitress was good at taking care of our gluten free needs.

We have had a family vacation here since 2015. It is nice to see the same faces and also new ones every year. The loyalty of the employees is a good sign for Jagdhaus Eiden as an employer. This hotel is perfect for a vacation with small children, the water in the indoor pool is 29C, the outdoor pool and whirlpool is also nice for children. Restaurant uses high-tech robots to help distribute the dishes...

My stay here was better than my first impression was of the place, staff is friendly, rooms clean and shower hot and powerful, I would have given it 5 stars but due to the Internet kicking me out every hour or so, and the pillows grrr had to sleep without one as the pillow they supply looks great but is unusable to sleep on, great for watching tv if you like watching german tv with constant adverts...

We stayed in Room 24 on May 11, 2019. From the outside, it looks like an American Motel. The hotel has recently been renovated/updated with a very nice modern feel. The room is a little small but for one or two nights very adequate. The breakfast is everything and more. The staff were professional and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Oldenburg area.
