So the 5th floor is only accessible via stairs which is fine however the last step is double hight. So friend with chronic pain found that last step a challenge.
There are not enough curtains which is important when trying to keep the sun and heat OUT. Especially when you have two balconies with big windows letting the heat in.
The most annoying thing though was the elevator, most people have experienced an elevator motor going which is expected. But the elevator motor is behind a door in the bathroom! And throughout the night you had the acceptable motor but then the safety engaging at every stop was a loud metal thunk that made it through the walls no problems, especially when sleeping in the living room.

Stayed one week as a family of three. Checking in was hell as I had reserved 2 rooms, but they only saw one room and did not try to help solve the problem at all despite sending paid bill for 2 rooms . After spending hours on the phone, ******* could solve the problem. However, limehome gave us rooms on different floors and was never able to move us to the same floor despite our daily requests and many checkouts every single day. The big problem is nobody is on site and everything is done over the internet and WhatsApp, which makes it all very impersonal as you never speak to the same person twice and they take hours to respond if they ever do and are never friendly or helpful. Furthermore, rooms are tiny, not clean, showers are full of mold, and every noise from neighbors is loudly heard. The rooms are by no way luxury and also not that cheap with the hidden tourist tax. Last but certainly not least, there is no safe in the room and although you put the do not disturb sign on your door, they will wake you up and enter your room whether you are there sleeping or not there.

The rooms don't look like the pictures. Everything is very cramped and small. There was no washing machine like the one shown in the pictures. There was a small kitchen, but cooking anything that involved reheating a can of ravioli would have been unthinkable due to lack of space. The salt shakers were empty. Initially, the room was very clean, but no one was there to clean during the four days we spent there, which made the "do not disturb" sign on the doorknob unnecessary. We were also not informed where to dispose of our household waste, even though we knew we were traveling with a small child who naturally creates a lot of waste. The bathroom smelled musty despite the ventilation system. Towels weren't changed. The Wi-Fi was slow, and the TV signal was sometimes very poor. The neighbors were sometimes very loud at night and moved furniture around. The elevator is very small. A stroller barely fits one person. A double stroller or wheelchair won't fit in there. This hotel may be sufficient for couples or single travelers, but it's completely unsuitable for families. The only thing that was quite pleasant was the location. It was remarkably quiet outside at night, considering it's located in the heart of the city. And the subway was just a few minutes' walk away.
