I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. The breakfast has a good variety, the rooms are clean, and there’s underfloor heating. However, the quilt is thin, and there’s limited space for luggage. On one occasion, the fire alarm went off for the entire building at 8 a.m., forcing everyone to evacuate, with no compensation offered afterwards. It takes more than a 10-minute walk to the train station, and...

Service quality is fascinating. I haven't seen such an solution oriented and helpful front desk staff in "fancier" or more well-known hotels. Special thanks to the friendly front desk person, Sofia. Thanks to Sofia, our rush day with my partner, which we needed to check out from the hotel turn into a relaxed one.

Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed.

Perfect location, clean and good environment, easy parkering, helping staff .all good. Highly recommended

.Good Location on the main road of Hannover city. Close to 1km from main station. Very convenient for people visityEMO. Rooms are not that big, they lack very basic amenities For the amount of money we have to pay it's not value for money. No Coffee maker, No iron box.They will not even change towels until you ask for it. They will not provide Toilet kit so don't forget to carry your own tooth brush...

Greqt atmoshpere and great concept

Everything was as expected. Room was clean and the right size for 1 person. I did not use any of the services.

From the efficient check-in to our departure the experience at Hotel Hennies was excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly and show a real commitment to customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner twice as well as breakfast each day. The food and service is of a high quality.

Nice country side hotel This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

This place was amazing. We had an unexpectedly very long travel day and the staff made it so easy and fun to check in, told us where we could still order food. This place turned a tough situation into a good time. Rooms are clean and quiet and bed is comfortable.

Spent one night en route from Italy to Denmark with the family. The hotel is in a very quiet location and easily accessible from the autobahn. We arrived late but the reception is open 24 hours and the experienced receptionist made us feel very welcome. Rooms are 100% clean and nicely furnished in modern style and colours. Very good hotel, if you just need a place to stay on the way. Easy to get to from the motorway, a small grocery store opposite the hotel, a larger Rewe 500 meters away. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have good soundproofing and air conditioning. The breakfast was really good, e.g. yoghurts and fruit salad were kept in the fridge! There were many kinds of bread, traditional cold cuts, scrambled...

It's so-so, I only stayed there out of necessity.

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

Open plan bathrooms Warning, open plan bathrooms, no privacy what so ever.. wouldn’t book this hotel again just because of this reason.

The room we stayed in was in a building still under renovations. This hotel is close to train and does not have air-conditioning in the rooms.

Very well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. At the entrance they offer you sweets while you check in. The room is good, comfortable and comfortable, and also with a package of goodies as an arrival gift. I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

The hotel is not the newest and some of the ameneties are rather dated. For example the shower shares the same floor as the bathroom. As in the drain is in the middle of the bathroom floor. Woke up, went for a smoke, meanwhile checked everything in room recarding past experiences. Returning back to my room i noticed 20euro bill missing from my nightstand. Its not about the money, but allso its not really ethic.

We stayed at this hotel 3 nights in August 2024. The first 2 nights were also a large group of teenagers staying at this hotel, which resulted in a lot of noise during the 2 nights, almost all night, both inside and outside the facility. This is a great small hotel. Great breakfast and very clean. It would be nice to know there is no air conditioning. They provided a fan and I was comfortable, even in July.

The hotel is only short walk from the main train station. There are several restaurants and bars nearby but the hotel was quite quiet. I booked a small single room but I didn't feel cramped in it. It was equipped with usual travel amenity. I had a pleasant stay here. Please note that the room access is by a different entrance from the reception. (still on the same street)

I went to Hanover for a professional international conference and stayed at the Alpha Hotel, which was right near the conference venue. I stayed 5 nights in a single room and had a very pleasant stay. The room was small but comfortable with an electric kettle and supplies, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. The breakfast was also very good and the staff was very nice and helpful...

So incredibly clean and comfortable. It felt like being at home with all the conveniences thought of and included. Really lovely hotel that I would recommend with no reservations. Wish there was one like this in every city!

It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

The environment is comfortable, with a swimming pool, and it has a more resort-like feel than a typical hotel.

Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

The room is clean but there are no toiletries, you need to bring your own. The sausages for breakfast are good, I ate several, and the homemade orange juice is very unique, but the price is ridiculously high due to the conference

Excellent and helpful customer services from the front desk to the hotel supporting team. Walking distance to the metro station with nearby restaurants.

I could get to the Messe area withing 30 mins and the uestra station was 2 mins away. A handy Mexican restaurant next door made going for dinner easy when you don't have any plans premade

Clean new rooms, good traditional looking interior. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great. It was really quiet during the night. The Messe is easy to reach via train.

It's a lovely hotel, quiet, in a calm area. The room was very clean. I could have had coffee, tea and snacks at any time, if I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and there was very attentive staff. The receptionist was very helpful. I cannot fault anything, just a pity we had very little time there and had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast start, because of works along the U-Bahn line.

A bad first impression, but a good room! My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was...

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

The MSR Hotel is a typical transit hotel near the (medical) universities in Hanover. It is good for attending events nearby or visiting family. The price/performance ratio is good for this, if you assume average quality (room furnishings, comfort, breakfast). The rooms were large, cleaned and the beds were fine. The breakfast was good for getting full. The charm of the receptionist could only be discovered...

It was a good hotel but mainly was a rehabilitation centrum for seniors and I'll people! So I reserved because of a job interview in the near and was satisfied with the location and service.

The stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the somewhat limited pizza selection, as the restaurant was closed. While Wi-Fi is available, the quality and speed are terrible. Mobile internet is also practically non-existent, making it very difficult to work at the hotel.

We, a couple aged 35/36, stayed at the hotel for one night during the Agritechnica weekend, and what can I say... Parking is excellent in front of the hotel, we received a friendly welcome, the room was good, and the breakfast in the morning was plentiful – we wanted for nothing. If we come back for the trade fair in 2027, we will definitely book here again!

Small but clean and modern rooms, friendly service, and only a 15-minute walk to the exhibition center parking lot. While the hotel doesn't offer à la carte dining, they do serve pinsa, freshly tapped beer, and a generous breakfast.

What a friendly welcome. The ladies at the reception are warm and friendly. The rooms are new, very clean, and quiet. I spent a wonderful four nights on a business trip. I can't rate the breakfast because I had to leave at 6:00 a.m. I personally miss a small refrigerator.

A great place. I liked the good location near the exhibition center with easy access to the city. I really liked the decor of the room, I slept quietly and very well. The service and reception staff were always friendly, knew their way around and had good tips for small excursions in the area. Gladly again.
