Comfortable room, average service.

This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The front desk staff was not very professional. The room was small, but the cleanliness and facilities were good. The breakfast was good.

Travelling with the family from Austria to Sweden we had a quick stop-over. Very convenient with nice rooms, good service and a great breakfast. The place is big, but have managed to maintain a feeling personal care.

Pillow are so flat like bed sheets very uncomfortable. Duvets for winter not summer.

The hotel is located a 3-5 minute walk from the central train station, making transportation very convenient. It's also close to supermarkets, bus, subway, and light rail stations, making it convenient for shopping and dining. The shopping center is only a dozen minutes away.

This was the simplest stay of my trip, a pared-down version in every way. However, the location was great: just 200 meters from the train station and about 2 kilometers from the city hall area, making it convenient for commuting and not far from the city center. The few rooms that can be booked during the Hannover Industrial Fair are several times more expensive than usual. The transportation is very convenient, right next to an Ubahn station, very convenient to HBF and Messe.

I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

That place is really too small. My god, the door is transparent. I can't believe how unsafe it is. The room is not soundproof. I can hear the snoring next door clearly. My heart is broken.

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but it's not too far. The room is big enough to fit a bed and a suitcase, but there's no window. It's a duplex, and there's a shower room on the top floor.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

Small but clean, decent breakfast.

We had an apartment. The staff was super friendly - we got for our Little baby bed, beautifully drawn and with a small Teddy. The room was quiet and very nice. The Breakfast was super, everything what the heart desires is offered, fresh fruit salad, delicious rolls, and much more.

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

The single room is small, suitable for solo travelers; don't expect too much, it's sufficient for basic rest and washing. The soundproofing isn't great, but thankfully everyone is generally quiet at night. There's no telephone or toiletries in the room. There's a single bed and one pillow.

A very clean hotel, the receptionist is very nice, there are many cool places in the area, it is close to the city and you are in a good area. The hotel also has an elevator & the rooms are the burner, the beds are SUPER SOFT & you can sleep well on them.
