Comfortable room, average service.

This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The front desk staff was not very professional. The room was small, but the cleanliness and facilities were good. The breakfast was good.

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. The breakfast has a good variety, the rooms are clean, and there’s underfloor heating. However, the quilt is thin, and there’s limited space for luggage. On one occasion, the fire alarm went off for the entire building at 8 a.m., forcing everyone to evacuate, with no compensation offered afterwards. Service quality is fascinating. I haven't seen such an solution oriented and helpful front desk staff in "fancier" or more well-known hotels. Special thanks to the friendly front desk person, Sofia. Thanks to Sofia, our rush day with my partner, which we needed to check out from the hotel turn into a relaxed one.

Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed.

Greqt atmoshpere and great concept

Everything was as expected. Room was clean and the right size for 1 person. I did not use any of the services.

From the efficient check-in to our departure the experience at Hotel Hennies was excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly and show a real commitment to customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner twice as well as breakfast each day. The food and service is of a high quality.

Nice country side hotel This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

Spent one night en route from Italy to Denmark with the family. The hotel is in a very quiet location and easily accessible from the autobahn. Very good hotel, if you just need a place to stay on the way. Easy to get to from the motorway, a small grocery store opposite the hotel, a larger Rewe 500 meters away. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have good soundproofing and air conditioning. The breakfast was really good, e.g. yoghurts and fruit salad were kept in the fridge! I checked in consecutively without saying hello to the front desk. They would not come to clean the room or replace the drinking water.

The exhibition venue is very close and breakfast can be provided. There are McDonald's and supermarket next to it. Parking is free. Note that Hannover has a city tax of about 5% of the house price.

It's by the roadside, so it's not particularly quiet at night, but I slept soundly because I was too tired. The variety of breakfast is relatively good, but not too much, so just eat some and don't go hungry in the morning.

Best Location to reach out, near to Central Train Station; neat and clean environment, good facilities both inside and outside of the room, multiple and good food options (especially HALAL) nearby. In short, BEST value for money.

That place is really too small. My god, the door is transparent. I can't believe how unsafe it is. The room is not soundproof. I can hear the snoring next door clearly. My heart is broken.

It's so stuffy and the bathroom is shared, so it's uncomfortable.

It's a bit of a walk from the central station, but it's not too far. The room is big enough to fit a bed and a suitcase, but there's no window. It's a duplex, and there's a shower room on the top floor.

The room we stayed in was in a building still under renovations. This hotel is close to train and does not have air-conditioning in the rooms.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Woke up, went for a smoke, meanwhile checked everything in room recarding past experiences. Returning back to my room i noticed 20euro bill missing from my nightstand. Its not about the money, but allso its not really ethic.

It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

Fair pricing and excellent location to VW Hannover. Rooms are clean and modern style. Across the street, there is the subway station and a REWE supermarket. Breakfast can be bought there. Big refrigerator is in the room to store plenty of food and drinks.

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. So far everything was fine, except that you had to let the water in the shower run for a while (5 minutes) until it was warm enough to shower!

Was a great affordable hotel to stay at and walk 30 min to ZAG arena. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are super clean and all facilities. Stayed here for one night before flying home. Hotel is approx 10 mins walk from main station through city centre. Sits on a busy main road directly across from Town Hall, which is stunning to say the least. Rooms were ok, we booked two. Convenient location just off the highway, the hotel is situated in residential neighborhood which makes a stop over really nice. Newly decorated rooms. Exceptional breakfast. Also dinner at the restaurant was great and well priced. Comfortable place to stop during a long distance car ride.
