Comfortable room, average service.

This is my second stay this year. This GHotel is really nice. The family suite is cozy, there is free parking, and I like the breakfast very much.

Calm hotel in calm area of Hannover. As vegan, I appreciate quite good vegan choices for breakfast! This is very unusual in Germany. The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator. The room is perfectly clean.

The front desk staff was not very professional. The room was small, but the cleanliness and facilities were good. The breakfast was good.

Great place to stay, rooms are basic but clean and you have everything you need. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Kacper at the reception and the restaurant staff doing an amazing job to keep this massive complex running. The hotel is huge but you don’t feel it at all due to its design and beautiful greenery surround it. The food in the restaurant absolutely amazing and reasonably priced...

Everything was as expected. Room was clean and the right size for 1 person. I did not use any of the services.

From the efficient check-in to our departure the experience at Hotel Hennies was excellent. The staff are very helpful and friendly and show a real commitment to customer service. We stayed for 3 nights and had dinner twice as well as breakfast each day. The food and service is of a high quality.

The breakfast management and quality with so much accommodated people had improved with more space. Well done. The service is fast and prompt. I am guest since more than 10 years, and I see the progress in services and all in all this is the reason why our company is returning again and again. Nice country side hotel This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better .

I’ve stayed at this hotel three times. The breakfast has a good variety, the rooms are clean, and there’s underfloor heating. However, the quilt is thin, and there’s limited space for luggage. On one occasion, the fire alarm went off for the entire building at 8 a.m., forcing everyone to evacuate, with no compensation offered afterwards. It takes more than a 10-minute walk to the train station, and...

Service quality is fascinating. I haven't seen such an solution oriented and helpful front desk staff in "fancier" or more well-known hotels. Special thanks to the friendly front desk person, Sofia. Thanks to Sofia, our rush day with my partner, which we needed to check out from the hotel turn into a relaxed one.

Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free. Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed.

.Good Location on the main road of Hannover city. Close to 1km from main station. Very convenient for people visityEMO. Rooms are not that big, they lack very basic amenities For the amount of money we have to pay it's not value for money. No Coffee maker, No iron box.They will not even change towels until you ask for it. They will not provide Toilet kit so don't forget to carry your own tooth brush...

This place was amazing. We had an unexpectedly very long travel day and the staff made it so easy and fun to check in, told us where we could still order food. This place turned a tough situation into a good time. Rooms are clean and quiet and bed is comfortable.

Spent one night en route from Italy to Denmark with the family. The hotel is in a very quiet location and easily accessible from the autobahn. We arrived late but the reception is open 24 hours and the experienced receptionist made us feel very welcome. Rooms are 100% clean and nicely furnished in modern style and colours. Beds are good and on the soft side. Breakfast was really good with everything...

Very good hotel, if you just need a place to stay on the way. Easy to get to from the motorway, a small grocery store opposite the hotel, a larger Rewe 500 meters away. The hotel has been renovated, the rooms have good soundproofing and air conditioning. The breakfast was really good, e.g. yoghurts and fruit salad were kept in the fridge! There were many kinds of bread, traditional cold cuts, scrambled...

The room we stayed in was in a building still under renovations. This hotel is close to train and does not have air-conditioning in the rooms.

Very well located hotel with free parking right in front of the entrance. Little accessibility considering the 15 stairs at the entrance to the hotel. At the entrance they offer you sweets while you check in. The room is good, comfortable and comfortable, and also with a package of goodies as an arrival gift. A historic property of great value and excellent value. Excellent breakfast. The surroundings and the property itself are a bit rundown. An excellent base for a day.

The stay at the hotel was very good, the staff were friendly, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only downside was the somewhat limited pizza selection, as the restaurant was closed. While Wi-Fi is available, the quality and speed are terrible. Mobile internet is also practically non-existent, making it very difficult to work at the hotel.

Good stopover hotel Fantastic historic hotel. Unfortunately the nice restaurant is permanently closed and the hotel feels desolate and empty. 100+ rooms and only guests in 4…. Sad. Fantastic breakfast though!

It is a nice and calm place to stay close to the City (Hannover). Good service for fair prices.

We stayed in this place for 3 nights and its quite place . Ms. Saskia made it very easy for us to get around. She provided us with directions to the near by restaurants and stores. Ms. Saskia called the taxi for us every time we needed a taxi. We felt home in Germany and we did not speak any German but Ms. Saskia was very helpful to make us feel home.

The environment is comfortable, with a swimming pool, and it has a more resort-like feel than a typical hotel.

Cleaner than I expected. The place isn't big, but it's very quiet, suitable for business trips. There's a large supermarket a five-minute walk away, which is convenient for shopping. The mattress is also quite firm and comfortable to sleep on.

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .

The room is clean but there are no toiletries, you need to bring your own. The sausages for breakfast are good, I ate several, and the homemade orange juice is very unique, but the price is ridiculously high due to the conference

We, a couple aged 35/36, stayed at the hotel for one night during the Agritechnica weekend, and what can I say... Parking is excellent in front of the hotel, we received a friendly welcome, the room was good, and the breakfast in the morning was plentiful – we wanted for nothing. If we come back for the trade fair in 2027, we will definitely book here again!

Small but clean and modern rooms, friendly service, and only a 15-minute walk to the exhibition center parking lot. While the hotel doesn't offer à la carte dining, they do serve pinsa, freshly tapped beer, and a generous breakfast.

What a friendly welcome. The ladies at the reception are warm and friendly. The rooms are new, very clean, and quiet. I spent a wonderful four nights on a business trip. I can't rate the breakfast because I had to leave at 6:00 a.m. I personally miss a small refrigerator.

A great place. I liked the good location near the exhibition center with easy access to the city. I really liked the decor of the room, I slept quietly and very well. The service and reception staff were always friendly, knew their way around and had good tips for small excursions in the area. Gladly again.

I could get to the Messe area withing 30 mins and the uestra station was 2 mins away. A handy Mexican restaurant next door made going for dinner easy when you don't have any plans premade

Clean new rooms, good traditional looking interior. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is great. It was really quiet during the night. The Messe is easy to reach via train.

A bad first impression, but a good room! My first impression of the place was two half naked eastern Europeans smoking outside the lobby, and when I got into said lobby the door was closed and I had to call a phone number to check in. But, the guy who answered the phone was nice, and he got me a door code pretty swiftly, and then I got into the lift and went up to the fourth floor where my room was...

I like the service and the room. Everything was very clean and the checkin (online) was very easy. I would classify this place as an INN rather than a hotel. It would be better (and safer) if there were more restrictions to the doors that lead to the rooms.

Very nice hotel. You can feel that the owner it starting his best to make as best experience as possible. Of course you can feel the COVID crisis, but I Had good overall experience. I haven't tried the breakfast because we was in the hurry, but the dining room looked very clean and nice. The lade at the seat was also very nice. I recommend overall.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere

Standard hotel, without its own parking spaces - it is parked on the street on the side. The room was big enough, but the beds creaked terribly. Anyone who is light asleep could wake up from it, I suspect. Unfortunately, from 6 to 7 in the morning you can hear the door to the stairwell slamming, as it closes automatically. Very Good, calm place especially for business trips. In the hotel is placed very good restaurant. Rooms are really cosy, neighborhood is silent. Hotel has parking lot. I honestly recommend that place!

It's a lovely hotel, quiet, in a calm area. The room was very clean. I could have had coffee, tea and snacks at any time, if I wanted. The breakfast was delicious and there was very attentive staff. The receptionist was very helpful. I cannot fault anything, just a pity we had very little time there and had to leave 15 minutes after breakfast start, because of works along the U-Bahn line.

This is abysmal considering the prices charged for the trade fair in Hanover. We had to stay here out of necessity… The area isn't nice. One of the three rooms was okay… No breakfast, and the hotel is spread across several buildings. We'll never be back.

I stayed here on a business trip. It's very clean, has a great smart TV, and fast internet. I really like this hotel. It's cozy.

This was a real find, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable. The bathroom was big and I think that it had just had a refit. Maybe it was me, but I couldn't find any air con controls so it was a bit too warm. The beds are memory foam which gets warm as well. The window was open but with the shutters down, it didn't do anything. The shower was good but the WiFi wasn't very good in our room
