Standard room, a bit old-fashioned, but neat and clean. The place is very conveniently located at a walking distance from the airport, has a very nice park for walks. The breakfast is very nice.

Hotel is conveniently located beside Hannover airport and definitely top choice to catch our early flights.

Classic room does not have coffee or tea facilities. Only available in morning in lobby.

We had a good stay for one night. The room was good and the staff was friendly. Good locared directly across the airport terminal.

Best way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. Friendly and helpful staff. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure.

The lobby and corridor's need a overhaul the room was ok but the bathroom was spot on and clean Overall fine for a bed for the night but charged far too much just because there was a agricultural event on in the city

The subway entrance is right at the door, which is really convenient. The hotel is good in all aspects and the price is right. It may be the most cost-effective in this area. There is also a sauna and a gym. If you come to Hannover next time, this is the first choice. Rewe and Rossmann are opposite

Great money/value. One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs. Both rooms we booked were clean and pretty fresh, "welcome drink" feature is a pleasant addon that you don't expect. Parking on site is for 19eur/d, but there are plenty of parking spaces around...

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

I stayed at this hotel on the recommendation of my taxi driver friend TEKIN. The staff are attentive, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay.

The room was spacious. The surroundings were also very nice. It was also very close to the University of Göttingen, so you could go to the university town after work. However, the breakfast was quite basic.

Here with a coach tour. It's quaint, door keys, old fashioned charming rooms, but needs updating for the electronics of the modern age. One star deducted as no tea or coffee in the rooms. A big blow to this Brit!

Everything was great and very clean

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is the quality of a traditional chain hotel.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

The room was extremely clean, well-laid out, and all the amenities were new. The front desk staff were very friendly. Plus, the hotel is right next to a subway station, making transportation very convenient.

The only downside is that the parking fees are too high, and the payment machines are too cumbersome, only supporting cash and NFC.

I am allocated a room at the 6 floor. I found out that there is upper and surface level for the room. And my room was in upper level, I need to carry my luggage up without any ramp at all so inconvenient, the designer must be a ********

The receptionist was very kind even though Trip.com used incorrect photos - the room advertised on the platform shows pictures of a renovated bathroom - this is not the case.

Convenient location from highway and Hannover fairgrounds- nice dining options nearby. The hotel was very quiet. Breakfast buffet with eggs and waffles made to order was awesome.

Room and amenities were all very nice and the breakfast as you can expect for a 5 star hotel. Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

A good night stop on outer way thru Germany. Spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices for all family members. Free parking was available even if we arrived just before midnight.

Cleanliness was okay, but a 4-star hotel requires every room to have a refrigerator. My room didn't have one... and breakfast was very, very limited. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Amazing view over the Maschsee, clean rooms. Love that you can open the windows to get fresh air. It took forever to check in - we arrived on a Thursday after 21.30 and we had to wait for 30 Minutes. You can buy tea for 1€ in the lobby

Aah yes, a lovely hotel. Rooms are super comfortable, clean & fresh. Very relaxing. The lake front restaurant deck is a lovely space to enjoy a meal or drinks watching people go past & boats on the lake. Would recommend for a weekend escape or city break.

I recently stayed at Mercure medical park for business. The property itself was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional service we received during breakfast. I’d like to give a special mention to H.Gada who was so attentive, friendly, and very kind and made sure all our needs were met with a smile.

We are a family of 4 with little children and stayed 1 night. The area is nice and easily accessible. We arrived late in night and we were tired but we had to wait 20 minutes to get the room-card. The personnel is kind but perhaps they need to better prioritise.

Hotel is kind of dated but still not in bad shape. Air conditioning is unexistant. Looks like there used to be a little fridge but it is no longer in the rooms. Breakfast has quite good options.

Photos of the hotel look better than in reality. Spacious room compare to other hotels because it is an old build. I booked this hotel because it has parking. Breakfast options are decent and good. Hotel reception is warm and nice. They helped me with a power adapter as I was having UK based ones. Rooms are cosy. The covering of the shower tub would have been better, as it covers only the half, the water gets out during the shower as it spills out while taking the shower. The direction of light placed in the room is kind of odd as the light when switched...

It was small room but with second bed . Many decorations inside to make the eyes turn to them as for me it was too much. Basic things were present .
