Great location for train station, Opera house and shops and restaurants. Beautiful reception area with fresh flowers and plants throughout. The staff were delightful, and the bar was cosy and intimate with charming bar staff.

Standard room, a bit old-fashioned, but neat and clean. The place is very conveniently located at a walking distance from the airport, has a very nice park for walks. The breakfast is very nice.

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. Affordable. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way. Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can.

The hotel room is quite big, and it is close to the exhibition, which is very convenient. There are supermarkets and shopping malls nearby, but Europeans basically don't open on weekends, which is a bit inconvenient

The room was great, clean and tidy. One surprising fact I found in the hotel is that it doesn't have a kettle in the room and no spare one from the reception either! But the reception staff was nice, patient and willing to spend time to talk through my questions.

This hotel is near the airport. The facilities are a little old, but the service is OK. It can be used as an alternative for guests who have nowhere to stay during the war. At least it is a four-star hotel, which is acceptable.

The room was spacious. The surroundings were also very nice. It was also very close to the University of Göttingen, so you could go to the university town after work. However, the breakfast was quite basic.

Here with a coach tour. It's quaint, door keys, old fashioned charming rooms, but needs updating for the electronics of the modern age. One star deducted as no tea or coffee in the rooms. A big blow to this Brit!

The hotel service is good, the breakfast is good, and it is the quality of a traditional chain hotel.

The facilities are relatively old. The so-called double bed room is two single beds put together. Slippers need to be collected separately at the front desk.

The only downside is that the parking fees are too high, and the payment machines are too cumbersome, only supporting cash and NFC.

I am allocated a room at the 6 floor. I found out that there is upper and surface level for the room. And my room was in upper level, I need to carry my luggage up without any ramp at all so inconvenient, the designer must be a ********

The receptionist was very kind even though Trip.com used incorrect photos - the room advertised on the platform shows pictures of a renovated bathroom - this is not the case.

A good night stop on outer way thru Germany. Spacious and clean room. Nice breakfast with a lot of choices for all family members. Free parking was available even if we arrived just before midnight.

Cleanliness was okay, but a 4-star hotel requires every room to have a refrigerator. My room didn't have one... and breakfast was very, very limited. Otherwise, everything was okay.

Clean hotel with the basics. They have a nice breakfast (you must purchase it). Nothing laundry machines which was difficult on a long vacation. No gym or recreational area. Rooftop was not a nice sitting area, more like where people just go to smoke.

Aah yes, a lovely hotel. Rooms are super comfortable, clean & fresh. Very relaxing. The lake front restaurant deck is a lovely space to enjoy a meal or drinks watching people go past & boats on the lake. Would recommend for a weekend escape or city break.

The breakfast was good. The only downside was that the room was a bit cold, consistently at 22 degrees Celsius.

Near train station and central city

The hotel is a good hotel with a great location, close to the train station. Unfortunately, the road from the train station gate to the hotel is full of homeless people, and there is a smell of urine on the road, which may be the only point that deducts points.

Be aware that there are two Intercity hotels at Hanover Station. The Intercity hotel on the other side is clearly visible, and you might find yourself walking 800 meters. It's perfectly located near the station and convenient for shopping.

I stayed there during the Hannover Fair. It was too expensive, costing 2,500 yuan a night. It felt like the same level as the Hanting Hotel in China.

The Sheraton was clean and tidy, a lovely room with a comfy bed. Would stay again.

Really good hotel, conveniently located (near the City Hall) and with a nice breakfast buffet and a little gym and sauna room. However, I wish I could have used the sauna in the morning (Service: 4/5) and also I don’t understand why duvets don’t cover the feet. It’s very annoying because the cold gets in and wakes me up (Rooms: 4/5)

Sauna is off early 9pm, while reception said 10pm. There are not willing to prolong it even if they started it on demand only at 8. Fitness room with low celling, cannot run in thread mill. Breakfast great, rooms rather small.

Perfect place to explore Hannover. Right across the road from park land behind the city hall (Rathaus). Easy 20 minute walk to the main station Hannover Hbf. Perfectly located for all the city with U bahn stations nearby and plenty of restaurants too including a sushi and steak house all within ten minutes walk. The food in the hotel was great, both for breakfast and dinner.
