Best way to spend a night before an early flight in the morning. Easy and quick check in, spacious, clean and quiet room. This was our second time we used the hotel before a flight, and we will do it again for sure

We had a good stay for one night. The room was good and the staff was friendly. Good locared directly across the airport terminal.

We had a great stay here with our two kids. The family room had a lot of space and even a little sofa for the children to sit and watch cartoons. The staff gave us extra blankets and were very helpful with directions

There were hiking trails just minutes away, and at night, you could hear owls and crickets. The room had a rustic charm with wooden beams and a big window that opened up to fresh mountain air

Absolutely stunning view in the big hall — they nailed that design! Huge hotel just at the airport. Rooms were comfy and big enough. The bathroom was pretty modern too

One of not that many hotels which is truly pet friendly and guests with cats are welcomed here, In comparison to many others who state they're "pet friendly" but in fact accept only with dogs

IT was very good, I would repeat it-

They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me

This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background

Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Large parking: garage, 25 euros. They had some problems with the AC during our stay so the room was too hot.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

The hotel is taking care of sustainability, using eco-certified cosmetics, and bio food for breakfast. Tea&snack corners in the corridors are nice to have during the day. Rooms have a little kitchen with a refrigerator

Rooms are quite nice and stylish with good toiletries. Towels are euro-sized which doesn’t really bother me-and shower is spacious nice and hot

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

Great breakfast, good room and we enjoyed the little spa area. Just a tiny bit out of the center but it is only a 25 minute walk to the central station of Hannover so its not so bad.

The best hotel in Hanover. Well situated. Luxurious rooms but they are quite different from each other. The steaks in the restaurant on the ground floor are well worth eating and they even have a nice small pub up front.

Comfortable, clean and tidy. There is a car parking on the back of the hotel - 12€ per day. Coffee/ tea is for free for guests. The room had an A/C and a heated floor in the bathroom.

Clean rooms, the design gives the place a very modern feel. Good beds. Very friendly and forthcoming staff.

Thankfully, the WiFi is of good quality, so streaming on your own device is possible. The rooms are small, but well designed. There is good, spacious shower, beds are Ok and you can ask additional pillows

The only thing that I noticed which is not so great, is that there are no signs in the hallways pointing towards the elevators. And with all the hallways looking the same, it was a bit hard to find

The so-called double bed room is actually two beds put together like this, and this roll of paper is almost on the ground, which is speechless! The hotel has few breakfast options, and every day it's some bread and sausages

It's convenient to eat around, and there are many choices within walking distance, but the branches are scattered, and many service staff don't speak English. The hotel facilities are average

This is an historical jewel, although quite young by European standards. I only stayed 16 hours, so take this review in stride

This Hotel has a renovation urgently necessary. The food for the meeting and associated hospitality, however, was good. The staff friendly and helpful. A shortcoming - insufficient Parking spaces on the hotel property.
