IT was very good, I would repeat it-

They did not try to cut in line themselves—it was the staff member who actively prioritized them over me. Only after fully resolving their issue did he return to help me

This made me feel disregarded and disrespected as a guest. Fair and respectful service should be extended to all, regardless of language or background

Although I was clearly next in line, he asked me to "wait a moment" and proceeded to assist a German-speaking couple who had been standing behind me

A perfectly clean, satisfactory hotel. A 40 min walk to Hannover Altstadt, which we enjoyed. Lovely neighborhoods to see along the way

Not a lot of stores or other options right nearby, but quiet and the park is gorgeous. Get a park view for sure if you can

Friendly staff, comfortable bed and good breakfast. Large parking: garage, 25 euros. They had some problems with the AC during our stay so the room was too hot.

Stayed overnight to attend a concert at ZAG Arena, which is literally 200m away. Fantastic front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff. Food was absolutely delicious. Great stay!

Hotel is new and looks good. Nice bed and good pressure on taps. Food wise the buffet for breakfast was nice. Just one issue please add German sausages to breakfast.

Very convenient for the railway station. Very quiet and a comfortable bed. The shower was great with very good pressure.

Great breakfast, good room and we enjoyed the little spa area. Just a tiny bit out of the center but it is only a 25 minute walk to the central station of Hannover so its not so bad.

Less than 15 min walk to city centre in snow. Room was nice and warm with the cold outside. Could fill up my thermosflask with hot water in the breakfast area for free

Was a bit disappointed that you could only stream to big television with Apple-devices. Would have been great to watch a movie on that screen warm and cozy in bed

It takes more than a 10-minute walk to the train station, and you need to take a few bus stops to reach the busy city centre

The best hotel in Hanover. Well situated. Luxurious rooms but they are quite different from each other. The steaks in the restaurant on the ground floor are well worth eating and they even have a nice small pub up front.

Nice country side hotel This is the first time staying at this hotel rooms were amazing the moment your arrive the staff are great to with no issue apart from with being in Germany it would be nice to have a kettle andsome tea coffee and may be some water like most British people a nice cuper help your day get better

Rooms are super comfortable, clean & fresh. The lake front restaurant deck is a lovely space to enjoy a meal or drinks watching people go past & boats on the lake. Would recommend for a weekend escape or city break

The rooms are rather larger than newer hotels with a great view towards the Maschsee, just ask for these rooms. There is a bus stop just beside the hotel to reach the city center in around 10min

This Hotel has a renovation urgently necessary. The food for the meeting and associated hospitality, however, was good. The staff friendly and helpful. A shortcoming - insufficient Parking spaces on the hotel property.

This Hotel is not close to anything like entertainment, restaurants event venues or tourist attractions. Probably best for seminars and meetings at the hotel itself

The service is very nice, people are nice and friendly, it is very close to the train stations and tjere are markets around which is very convient. The room is cozy and warm,and clean.

Staff were helpful generally and the food was great! My room was clean and cosy too. However, the reception area occasionally had a weird smell like from a leaky drainage

The hotel is mostly modern, but the safe in the room is „old school“ and does not have a programmable number lock. You have to obtain a physical key at the front desk and then carry it around when you leave the hotel

The hotel is good in terms of location and facilities upon entry. However, the service during the stay was very poor. We did not receive any services for arranging, cleaning, or changing the bed sheets.

Large enough room for a family of 3. It has a living area, desk and a good size bath. Breakfast was decent. You can leave your bags when you check out to explore more the city. Would definitely stay here again

It is a few hundred meters away from the train station and you can walk there, which is very convenient. There are many restaurants around. The breakfast is rich, well received, satisfactory, and recommended.
