Hard acces to the room with very steep stairs and no elevator. Rooms are small and dirty. 🤢 Kitchen is poorly equipped and hard to use. No heating during winter time is crazy...

The access system, relying solely on codes and overly complex instructions, was highly frustrating, and one of the machines set up for automatic check-in was not even functioning without offering any kind of assistance or providing ponctual information. The window of the tiny bedroom faced the rubbish bins... an inconvenient, unhealthy smell and far from ideal view.
Overall, it was an unpleasant experience that I am unlikely to repeat... not recommended at all!

I do not recommend this hotel at all.The check in experience we had was bad enough,we had to wait about 1 hour for a response. The acommodation we had was not that good,too much noise and dirt. If you plan to visit Hanover,just stay away from this hotel.There are better options in this town.

The check-in experience is one of the worst I have ever seen. It's "autonomous", which means that you have to do it by yourself on a tablet. The process consists of trying to get this tablet to work, and then try to get the key card to register for your room. We lost 30 to 60 minutes on this, and almost booked another hotel until it finally worked.
The room (3-bed private room in my case) is ok, it's quite big and had the amenities that the listing had. The "hotel" wifi is really, really bad. Do you need to work remotely from this place? Foget about it.
I do not recommend this place.

Everything was pretty fine. At night very cold, I took 2 plankets. I come back again for exams in November. Thx!

An adventure in itself
We got in very late and had to use flashlights to find our way around the property. It was a lot of back-and-forth, but we found our way. The room was nice and big and quiet, but the bathroom was tiny. Luckily, we are both smaller people. There were a lot of long hairs on the bedding, which made it seem unclean, but I'm sure it was just the bed-maker and we didn't let it bother us. The check-out time was early, 10:00, which I had forgotten because we're staying in many places over a couple of weeks. At 10:00 and through 10:30, we had our door opened, knocked on several times, and were told to leave. So don't delay on your check out, they are not patient! I would stay here again, it was great.

The hotel offers very nice small rooms, good value for the price and easy check-in/check-out. Everything was clean and modern style. However, the location is in one of the worst areas of the city why we would not return.

The property was nicer than we were expecting, especially for the price! We were waiting for the email that was going to be sent to us 24 hours prior to checking in, but nothing arrived. Turns out, they sent an email to us months ago - right after we booked the room. It was in German, though - so we didn’t understand it. We did see the 4 digit code in the email, so we were able to get in and then check in from there. You make your own room cards - it’s pretty easy check in! Unless you’re not tech savvy, then you might struggle. The property on each side was kinda run down and had graffiti, but the hotel itself was good! Nice to have a kitchenette, plus there was a fan and hair dryer, too!
