My parents stayed here while we visited my husband's family who lives nearby. They loved the quaint town and walkability of the beautiful historic town. The listing said the hotel was air conditioned, but their room was not. They chose not to move rooms, as they had already unpacked, but that was their only complaint.

Hotel is very good and the ambiance and food is excellent, although the menu is not large. The quality of the food is typically German, well presented and tasted very nice!!
Parking is the challenge. The hotel has only about 6 to 7 spaces at the front, then parking is on the road outside and overnight and only until 10:00am. Works well for business users as we usually leave early and return whne the shops have closed.

We had booked for the sister hotel, but were asked to move. That suited us fine as the "new" hotel was better. A very friendly welcome awaited us. The room was small, but perfectly formed with nice decor and colours. The breakfast offered enough choice, although no warm dishes. It's a good hotel, but rather expensive. There are very few parking places in front.

We stopped there by chance tonight, we were looking for somewhere to have dinner while on a business trip. The Italian waiter was took extra good care of us by translating the menus, since we don't speak German and he explained us the typical dishes of the area. The food was absolutely delicious and the presentation was amazing. I took the opportunity also to speak to the host for booking rooms for our future trips here in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and I can assure you I found a really kind person behind the counter in the reception, her manners were perfect and customer service met the highest of standards.

We booked another table for tonight, as we enjoyed this place so much. We can't wait to experience it even more tomorrow night!

Friendly hotel in the centre of town. Good rooms, clean bathroom. Good breakfast choice. Restaurant serves traditional and modern dishes, including vegan choices. Good wine list. We used it as a stopover place and it was perfect for that.

I visited the restaurant for a dinner at late Sunday evening. The waiters were very kind and customer oriented serving the meal after comfortable time. The roast saddle of vanison was prepared excellent and the price is affordable. All together I highly recommend the restaurant. I am sure this was not my last visit there.
