Location is great. The pool and spa is great. The staff is also soooo friendly. Everything is extremely clean.

Really liked the hotel and its quality even though the interiour was a bit old school and audience rather older, it was the right type of setting for a calm visit in late summer. The staff was absolutely amazing, super helpful, professional and friendly. Also loved the garden and the breakfast! Can really recommend a stay!

No, I have never had such a bad hotel room in the rear courtyard area with a view of the front building wall, loud street noise, steep stairs upstairs. Breakfast had to be marked on a piece of paper every day, cardboard rolls, bread dried out, and dinner with 3 dishes Also, tasteless and loveless. I was there with a tour group for 8 days, ate somewhere else for 6 days.
Ear plugs were already in the room, what a cheek and impertinence.
Once and never again, as the entire description of the hotel does not come close.

Delicious food, unfortunately a bit very expensive, the beer 0.5 l - 5.80 €.
The hotel is quite old, the room was okay, but we would have liked a little more.

Restaurant Only: We stumbled across Stadt Berlin while looking for a place to eat out.
The employee welcomed us friendly and showed us a nice place.
The food was great, hot and nicely presented.
If you had any questions, they would be answered in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you for your efforts.
We would love to come back for dinner or breakfast.

We only had the restaurant. - OST FLAIR service staff very nice. The restaurant has nothing to do with the usual HOTELESEN (slick staff, perfectly prepared food). More better canteen. Food partly lukewarm. It was an attempt!! One more thing: the prices for the food on the internet do not match the prices on the menu at the table!
