We spent absolutely wonderful time in the Ostende hotel in the Penthouse room. The hotel has been recently renovated, it is modern and well designed with top quality amenities. It is small enough to give the feeling of cosiness and friendliness, we felt very welcomed. The food in the restaurant is great! And did I mention the location - right at the promenade, some 10 steps from the entry to the beach? We loved every moment of our stay and are already looking forward to come back. Thank you everyone for making our stay so unforgettable!

This was one of the best vacation experiences we've ever had. Modern hotel, very nice rooms, very delicious breakfast, nice beach view, directly at the beach and especially the persons who are taking care of your visit and work there. We've never had a better service than in this hotel. Unbelievable nice people work there. Thank you so much for being such awesome hosts.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Absolutely top-notch! It exceeded our expectations. The photos do not do it justice - especially the rooms - so gorgeous and clean. We had an amazing sea view from the room (and even the bathroom). The room was beautifully designed, comfortable, and clean. We came with our cat, and everyone from the staff was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were amazing. We will definitely come back!

Excellent location overlooking the Sea at the quiet end of the town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast with good choice for all tastes.

Very good location, very friendly staff, very clean rooms. A bit hard to park. If the personnel asked guests to respect the parking lines that problem would have been solved. Besides, perfect place.

Awesome hotel with amazing sea view, friendly staff, fantastic rooms, very clean, cozy, and quiet. Free WiFi. Limited vegan food options.
Vegan food:
As we were their first vegan guests, they were still struggling to provide vegan food but were very committed and engaged. They can serve a good vegan breakfast now here if you ask in advance.
Vegan dinner options (on demand) are still limited and leave opportunity for improvement. Hence only 4 stars.
I hope they will think about adding some vegan dinners to their standard menu and accept the challenge of a changing society.
