Strandhotel in Zingst

Thanks for a nice stay, in a beautiful hotel and very nice rooms. Very nice staff. Very good dining.
We missed one important thing, considering the price of the room. : air-conditioning !
This should definitely be installed in a hotel of this high standard.
We were very surprised that it was allowed to smoke on the terrace/ restaurant. It was a very bad experience to sit next to a smoking couple , while we had our tasteful menu. Very contradicting.
Also, to our big surprise people could smoke around the pool. Very irritating.
And another one about smoke..: the BBQ event looked nice. But the whole garden was filled with smoke. And our room was full of grill smoke, when we returned ,later in the evening.

Very pleasant hotel, great service, would love to come back!

A week of relaxation with swimming, wellness, bike tours and very good food. We loved it. Will definitely come again.

Every time anew a pleasant, calm rest in the house. The staff and atmosphere are excellent. Recommended without restrictions.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. Pool and Spa area is lovely. Close to everything. Recommend renting a bike so you can cover more of that beautiful area.

I was looking around for Hotels in Zingst and found this Hotel.

I made a Reservation a few months ago – Reservation number SHZ2300031761.

This was a great choice. This Hotel is fantastic with a great Location.

The check-in process was very efficient. The Front Desk Associate confirmed with me all my requests. He was very friendly and answered all my questions. He set the tone for a great experience.

We stayed here from August 28 to the 31st. My mother celebrated her 75th Birthday on August 29th. I booked a Jr. Suite for her, and my cousin and I had a nice Room with Ocean Views. I exchanged emails with Mrs. Caluewe-Lange to see if they could organize some Flowers and a Bottle of Champagne for my Mother Birthday. Everything was perfect. The Flowers and the Champagne were delivered as requested by the Housekeeping Manager to my Room. We opened the Bottle of Champagne in my mother’s room. A short while later the Housekeeping Manager came back with a Cake and a bottle of Sekt.
The Card was signed by the Hotel Director Kai Harmsen. This was such a nice touch and my mother really appreciated this very much.

I had also arranged with Mrs. Caluewe-Lang to reserve a table for Breakfast. We were treated to a very nice table with a great view. They also took the time to decorate the table.
The Breakfast experience was very special for my mother. The Buffet has a great selection and everything we tried tasted very good. You are also able to enjoy a glass of Sekt (or two) with your breakfast, which is a nice touch and rounds out the breakfast experience.

The Rooms where clean and well Maintained. We all had a great view.
My mothers room overlooked the small plaza in front of the Hotel.
Each Room has a stocked Minibar that was filled every day.

My cousin and I enjoyed the Sauna / Wellness area every night. The Saunas are very nice. The only thing that would have made this better would have been if the Saunas where open later than 9pm.

On our day of Arrival, I had booked the Welcoming Menu in the Restaurant. That was very good, and we enjoyed our meal very much. We had a great table, and I asked the Restaurant Manager if could have the same table the next evening for my Mother’s Birthday. He said he would make a note.

The next day when we arrived for dinner, we got the table that I had asked for. I can’t express enough how great the Restaurant Staff was and how they made my mother’s 75th Birthday very special.

The selection / Menu has something for everyone. They have a great Wine Selection and good Beer as well.
I ordered the Oysters, and the Restaurant Manager made a great suggestion for what Wine to pair them with.
I also had the Burger and that was one of the best Burgers I ever enjoyed.

They deliver a flawless Dining experience. Everybody is friendly and they do everything / go out of their way to make it a great fun and enjoyable experience.

Every Employee that we encountered was friendly.

We had planned on watching a Movie but forgot the HDMI Cable. The Front Desk was able to help us out and provide us with a cable. Once again, the Hotel Staff went above and beyond.

I have been in the Hotel Business for over 30 years. This Hotel is spectacular, and Mr. Harmsen and his Team are a well-oiled Machine. They know how to provide each Guest with a great experience.

They all work very hard to make this Hotel shine and provide a truly memorable experience.

We really had a great time staying here. The Hotel is in a great location and we where able to explore everything by walking.

If you are looking for a truly great experience, a quality upscale Hotel you should stay at this Hotel.

I am certain you will not regret it.
