Spent last night at the Rűgen Hotel. Was very happy with my spontaneous stay- great price which included a very generous and large buffet breakfast, very comfortable and meticulous room and modern bathroom, very friendly service and great location in the middle of town, a very short walk from the beach. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very centrally located and you can walk anywhere from here. The port can be reached over a Seebrücke, a stunning bridge. Beautiful views from the Cafe on the top floor. Great service all around.

The good: hotel is clean, rooms neat & tidy. Staff are friendly & helpful.
The less good: the hotel is being renovated presently. There is scaffolding all around the hotel, with workers walking outside the balcony. The swimming pool & spa are closed for renovations. The hotel offered that we could use the pool & spa facilities of one of their partner hotels, which worked fine.

A very nice, clean and quiet hotel. The location is perfect - by the sea, near a bus stop. We really enjoyed our view from the window!

it's like traveling in time back to the sixties, including lemon rolls and broiler. The upper floor panorama bar is awesome... check it out.

Beautiful experience in this hotel.
Old? Yes, but absolutely clean, everything works perfect.
Breakfast? Delicious! With a lot of options for veggies and not veggies. Vegan? Watch out! Not that much options as well. With a beautiful view.
The hotel was super quiet and chill, we were there for an entire week. Nice location, near the national park Jasmund and the Pier with a lot of good restaurants.
Free parking.
Sadly, we weren’t in the room with the view for the beach but also for the city, even thou, nice view.
Rooms full equipped for clean yourselves.

Very centrally located. Breakfast was great. Views from the sea facing rooms are really good. Rooms look a bit shabby but overall good experience and value for money.
