We were very satisfied during the entire stay! At breakfast there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was really pleasant and the housekeeper was really great! Our dog was not a problem ... completely satisfied!

We stayed here for three days in November. Great, attentive service. Clean rooms, very good reception. Delicious and rich breakfast. The three-course menu in the evening is also recommended. The complex itself is very nicely laid out and the heated pool saves a visit to the thermal baths. We will be very happy to come back.

With one small exception, it was really great there. Whether swimming in the pool or the gym is great. My son also made his seahorse badge, the two lifeguards were really nice and the conversation was great. There is a game room and even a playground. What I also found pleasant there were people of all ages. Always my pleasure

Wonderful start point for tours to Kap Arkona and Hiddensee by bicycle and ferry. The hotel is overall good for biking tours and sun-set watching (over Hiddensee). The hotel has renewed rooms but is quite expensive.

Mega Kool!! place to stay, relax and enjoy the natur around. They have rooms and also well equipped appartaments so you can decide how you want to organize your holiday. The restaurant has a very good and delicious dishes. And don't forget to try a pice of kuche from the nice Café and a must is to have a cocktail or dinner while you wait the sundown.

Super excellent menus, very nice room, nice staff, absolute peace and quiet to relax.

A quiet place if you want to relax and leave everyday stress behind. An old mansion in a park-like complex, very well-kept. There is a very good breakfast and an even better dinner. The staff is friendly and helpful. I can only recommend this hotel.

Overall it was nice, especially the staff were very friendly. The only negative point was the bathroom, which was a bit old and had too many spiders hanging from the ceiling, which could be an issue for some people.

Very pleasant harbour master, nice place with beach, swans, shower and laundry is clean and perfect. The restaurant near the marine, the didn't take cards, only cash. Nice grocery store is near. Four stars, because there was no petrol in the marine.

Excellent hotel, top location: highly recommended, but be sure to bring mosquito repellent!

The food was excellent, for the children as well, always very friendly, immediate service, beautiful location, beautiful natural beach, great for children, four-legged friends and bad weather. Will be back in 2022.

The room didn't like at all, the carpet is full of large stains you can only see it superficially cleaned. The balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea is great. The beach is not recommended, we went to a different beach every day. The breakfast is great and the coffee very tasty. Everyone was very friendly. At the beginning of August we spent a few days in the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by the boss. Our little problem was solved quickly and professionally and we were able to enjoy the days here. Very friendly and attentive staff. Kitchen and service top, super delicious food served quickly. For that 5 ⭐! Room (single room) comfortable and clean. A star deduction, because if you offer an arrangement, you should better coordinate with the staff involved.

The hotel was on a quiet side street. We received a very friendly welcome and asked about our wishes. We came with a dog, which was allowed into the guest room. We had a quiet table in the guest room and could dine well there. The breakfast was very rich and varied. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortably furnished. We'd love to come back😀.

Great place and value for money

On our first visit to Rügen Island, we were accommodated at the beginning of May in a double room in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the spa and pool facilities or entertainment. The breakfast is excellent, diverse and very fresh, the staff is friendly, with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend these accommodation units for their value for money.

It got really hot in the room, No aircon. Reception not open when We got there, call in advance if you arrive late to ger access to keycard.

We have been here several times and had a nice time. Modern apartments are always well furnished and maintained. Just last time unfortunately we found the bed sheets terrible rough and porous. I spent 4 days here. The main and biggest disadvantage is communication, most of the staff including the reception speak only german, it was quite a challenge communicating in english. A large family-run hotel that offers everything you need. Fine is the pool, fitness and location right on the beach. The rooms are relatively well designed. The bathrooms are rather small. We rate the breakfasts average and the dinners average as well. For a couple of days it is sufficient. The internet is very poor quality.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff very nice. Super close to the beach, great for kids. Minor reason to complain is the fact that it's impossible to get any lunch. All restaurants are closed, and there's no room service. That's unacceptable for a ****+ beach resort with no other good food options in walking distance.

Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent facility. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to personal reasons. We were very sorry about that. But even so, the exceptionally friendly staff treated us very understandingly. This hotel can only be recommended.

A great pension, the room clean, parking at the house, the breakfast very good. In two minutes you are on the beach. We were warmly welcomed and looked after for ten days. Price-performance top. There is absolutely nothing to complain about here. If I could I would give it 6 stars.

Quite wonderful. Starting with the warm welcome in this beautiful house, with cozy, clean rooms, to the delicious breakfast. Here the guest is still king and is treated extremely friendly and courteous. Great location - in a few steps you are on the wonderful beach. I would love to come back.

Wonderful experience and magical atmosphere. Walking in the castle garden is beautiful as well as enjoying the relaxing spaces of the hotel. Absolutely recommended!

This is not what I thought. The staff have a hard time with communication. The room was dusty with spiders. I was put in the bottom level with a parking lot view. The castle was not busy. Sauna was nice and the pool was nice. Food was really good.

We landed at this castle hotel after 1400 km of driving from our home in western Switzerland. The hotel was constructed in the previous 19th century castle at the end of the 20th century, and our room, partly located below ground levels, did not appear to have been renovated since. The beds were hard like an old Mercedes-Benz car seat and you had to battle with the shower cabin doors to avoid the water...

Good hotel, no dinner Nice hotel, good room and great surroundings. The fact that there is no restaurant or bar the day of my arrival came as a message after I booked (in addition there was just a smal food shack open in the adjacent village).

Great Hotel. Wonderful library, and the breakfast was amazing. Fresh fruit and a cereal and seeds bar. The rooms are well kept, everything was cleaned and the staff was really friendly. I also enjoy the wellness and spa area. The spa is small but was in really good shape and there was complementary tea 🫖. We’re definitely coming back.

I don't even know how many nights we've spent there in recent years, but we're always impressed, starting with the warm welcome, the lovingly furnished and clean rooms, and the lovingly prepared breakfast buffet. The dear operators always have an open ear and are at your side with advice and action. Simply recommended and we will stop by again and again.

Family hotel with great focus on service! I slept well and used pool and sauna every evning. Breakfast was very good and had a lot of options. Fresh and clean, nice beach and many restaurants nearby. Super location to a good price, around 20 min by car to most tourist attractions. We loved our stay! Highly recommended!

This Hotel is located in Glowe, and accessible using Public transport. Glowe Strand is very nearby hardly takes like 2 mins walk. The location of this hotel was excellent because it is located close to the long Beach. And the service of the staff was really kind and good. But I was disappointed that it fell sort of my expectation. It would be reasonable to get 3.5 stars bacause the quality of facility was not so good and the scale of the hotel was small.

Very nice staffs, very good place close to beach and a small street food, there is NO massage but they have a very cozy pool. Breakfast is awesome, you can easily skip the lunch after that huge breakfast. Windows has no net so have you anti mosquito spray .

Unique experience of intercourse with modernism architecture while enjoying view of the sea from the restaurant.

All you need for a nice stay on the sea coast for families with kids

We visit this place at least two or three times a year; and it really improved. We've just had dinner, steak and fish. Everything was just splendid. Sitting right next to one of Rügen's top beaches and most scenic views supports our already good perception.

A nice choice of place to stay in Rugen. The hotel is quite nicely done and the location is in a good location as well. The personnel are really polite and helpful, the food offered is high quality and diverse, and there are alot of amenities at your disposal in the hotel. All I can give is a positive feedback!

Everything, room's are very nice and comfortable

We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

It would be easier to travel around in Rugen with a car.

5 star rating for the restaurant. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The menu offers a great selection of regional and high-quality dishes. Our 3 courses were beautifully presented and very tasty. We didn't have to wait long for our orders. The ambience is appealing. We will be back.

Nice location, well maintained property. Cozy restaurant with good breakfast buffet. We stayed in the 2nd floor Sued room. The room’s door is in the stairway it is ver loud in the early morning since the service entrance of the hotel is at the bottom of the staircase. A better, soundproof door would probably help here. No parking on premises but lots of parking some 100m away.

We had a great stay. The rooms were cozy and there was even a nice coffee machine with their own roasted coffee. Great sauna facilities and especially loved the breakfast. Definitely recommend it!

While struggling with speaking English , staff are genuinely friendly. In this beatifully restored place we had 2 adjacent rooms, very spatious with high ceilings and subtle decorated walls with our own balcony. Dogs welcome in tthe room with their own amenities provided.

Great hotel in a great city. Rooms are a bit somber but perfectly equipped and cleaned. Beds are excellent and so is the bathroom. You can compose your own breakfast that will be carried to your table in- or outside, and appears to have no limits. The hotel has a good restaurant for your evening meals if you so wish. There is a valet car parking service. Highly recommended.

Absolutely stunning hotel and rooms. Very clean, modern but all in a historic setting with beautiful brick walls and ceilings. Excellent ala carte breakfast included. The hotel consists of three buildings connected with a beautiful walkway underground. Checkin was smooth and they help with the luggage to the rooms. Complimentary drinks in the fridge was nice and the hotel manufacture its own Scheele...

Plus: amazing location right at the main square with a great view. Rooms are spacious, homey, fully renovated and equipped, very clean. Comfortable, big double bed. Minus: burger place on the ground floor which leaves a constant smell of grease in the hallway (no smell in our 2nd floor room). Stairs are very steep so not recommend for people with mobility issues. Hotel staff was nice but no information...

The breakfast was very delicious and fresh. This pension is close to all shops, cafes and also close to the see promenade. So the location is great. Staff is very nice and helpful.

I can only judge the gastronomy. This is good, the menu is clear, there is something for everyone. The only drawback is that you have to wait a relatively long time for the food, but this is made up for by the friendliness and relaxed attitude of the service staff.

I'd be very happy to come back next time I'm in Stralsund. Super clean room, big enough, perfect internet, good breakfast and everything at a fair price. Class!

Rating for the restaurant: Have been there many times and we are always very satisfied! Delicious food and always friendly staff. Even if we sometimes have special requests, they are fulfilled in the best possible way. The location in the city forest is great, in summer you can sit outside very nicely.
