Amazing getaway resort in Rugen. Beautiful views, great clean rooms and villas. Delicious food and great vibes. Loved our stay here

This is an amazing resort, I have been coming here with my father for the last 14 years. I have been there for the renovations and through covid. The rooms are newly renovated and the service is wonderful. It is also one of the only hotels so close to the coastline in Rügen, which makes the sunsets almost magical.

Elevator stopped working. Room in two floors, was not explained well by travelling agency. Kitchen not equipped with what you need. Three course meal, always soup of the day and prefabricated dessert. Not 4 star experience. Location at the beach and good parking. Furthest away on Rügen, a lot of transport to get to site seeing.

Only ate in the restaurant, have the fish platte, it is really good. Well cooked and plenty of it plus price was spot on. Service was also very good. Compliments to the chef.

Great place and value for money

On our first visit to Rügen Island, we were accommodated at the beginning of May in a double room in the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. We did not use the spa and pool facilities or entertainment. The breakfast is excellent, diverse and very fresh, the staff is friendly, with a smile on their faces. I highly recommend these accommodation units for their value for money.

It got really hot in the room, No aircon. Reception not open when We got there, call in advance if you arrive late to ger access to keycard.

We had a lovely, large room on the first floor. The food in the restaurant is good and worth the money. Breakfast is excellent, with freshly fried or scrambled eggs. There weren't many cheese options for vegetarians, but otherwise everything was very good. It's just a 1-minute walk from the Baltic Sea.

We stayed there over New Year's Eve and were extremely satisfied. Excellent value for money. We received a friendly welcome and the room was very quiet and clean. The breakfast was delicious. We'll be back!

A small hotel with friendly owners. The owner herself takes care of any problems that may arise. We had a wonderful vacation there. Unfortunately, the beach isn't ideal for swimming, as it's very rocky. Be sure to bring and wear beach shoes. A highlight is the beautiful sunset from the beach. The food was excellent, for the children as well, always very friendly, immediate service, beautiful location, beautiful natural beach, great for children, four-legged friends and bad weather. Will be back in 2022.

The room didn't like at all, the carpet is full of large stains you can only see it superficially cleaned. The balcony with a view of the Baltic Sea is great. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. However, they mentioned a public swimming pool available, but there is actually no public swimming pool on the premises; this information is misleading to guests.

A large family-run hotel that offers everything you need. Fine is the pool, fitness and location right on the beach. The rooms are relatively well designed. The bathrooms are rather small. We rate the breakfasts average and the dinners average as well. For a couple of days it is sufficient. The internet is very poor quality.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff very nice. Super close to the beach, great for kids. Minor reason to complain is the fact that it's impossible to get any lunch. All restaurants are closed, and there's no room service. That's unacceptable for a ****+ beach resort with no other good food options in walking distance.

Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent facility. Unfortunately we had to leave early due to personal reasons. We were very sorry about that. But even so, the exceptionally friendly staff treated us very understandingly. This hotel can only be recommended.

A nice choice of place to stay in Rugen. The hotel is quite nicely done and the location is in a good location as well. The personnel are really polite and helpful, the food offered is high quality and diverse, and there are alot of amenities at your disposal in the hotel. All I can give is a positive feedback!

Everything, room's are very nice and comfortable

We came very late at night with a small baby The team was very helpful and arranged us everything very fast The restaurant waiter helped with sterilization of thr baby's bottles and the food at breakfast was very good. The bed is huge (200*200) so even though they gave us mattress for baby we let him sleep with us.

Nice location, well maintained property. Cozy restaurant with good breakfast buffet. We stayed in the 2nd floor Sued room. The room’s door is in the stairway it is ver loud in the early morning since the service entrance of the hotel is at the bottom of the staircase. A better, soundproof door would probably help here. No parking on premises but lots of parking some 100m away.

Excellent bang for your buck! The staff was incredibly friendly, and to top it off, each room comes with its own private sauna. The inclusive breakfast is well-balanced and satisfying. I can only judge the gastronomy. This is good, the menu is clear, there is something for everyone. The only drawback is that you have to wait a relatively long time for the food, but this is made up for by the friendliness and relaxed attitude of the service staff.

Rating for the restaurant: Have been there many times and we are always very satisfied! Delicious food and always friendly staff. Even if we sometimes have special requests, they are fulfilled in the best possible way. The location in the city forest is great, in summer you can sit outside very nicely.

We stopped off here briefly late one weekday afternoon recently for a cup of coffee and a cake. We parked in the small but free car park to the side of this establishment. The best thing about the hotel is the restaurant overlooking the Baltic sea. It's super lovely and offers very good breakfast. This hotel is a great choice for a stay in the beautiful medieval city of Stralsund. The room had awesome conditions and space to sleep, work or relax with a view and terrace. The breakfast was outstanding too with food for all the tastes. The decoration of the whole space is beautiful and cozy. I only missed a towel for a proper bath.

Highly Recommended An excellent hotel in every way. Well appointed room although did not have a fridge. Staff very helpful, breakfast excellent. There are 20 car places out back named for the guest, with a multi story car park above the train station 50 metres away (1 Euro/hr, 12 Euro/ 24 hrs). Very convenient walk to town, supermarket 150 metres away.

The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the old town and 5 minutes from the train station. We had a room at the back, so it was quiet. The room, service and breakfast were satisfactory.

My room did suffer from a bit of early morning noise from the side street, but it was a comfortable room of a good size. Meals were available, but I chose to dine out. The bed and bathroom were good. The lift was very handy, too. The desk staff spoke English and gave good local advice.

Across the street from the train station, this hotel was very convenient for us and offered good value for money! Comfortable beds in a big, high ceiled, pleasant and clean room. Breakfast was basic but good. Be aware that the downtown area is some distance away. We had bikes but otherwise you're in for a longer walk or a bus ride.

This is a decent hotel, located just a three-minute walk to the right of the train station. It's very convenient for walking to the old town and taking the train to and from Rügen Island. The receptionist and the guy were always in a bad mood, lacking even a smile. There's also no "Huazhu Club free transportation card" as promised.

We really appreciated the variety of pools and saunas offered, especially at such a relatively reasonable price. Having a kitchenette was also a big plus for us. we spent 3 nights in the hotel. the spa area is the best part of it - warm water, a few saunas. i didn’t like the plastic plants and the overroasted beacon. also i wish there was a coffee machine or at least a teapot in the room. and tell me please, why are there those cut out round holes between balconies? and a good thing is the cheap wine at the reception when the bar is closed. anyway i enjoyed...

The staff was very friendly. Our apartment was very spacious. It is a bit out of the way. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the pier. The prices for breakfast and dinner are too high in my opinion.

Visited their spa / therme (we did not stay over night) and it was amazing. They have 3 pools, two with salt water and one with mineral water. Hot sauna too. The entrance to the spa is 36 euro per day but it has a cheaper price of 18 euros in the morning until 13.30. Can't be booked online but at the spa reception only.

I really enjoyed our one night stay. the room was comfortable and the breakfast was terrific. I especially loved the family feeling.

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we visited the adventure pool and saunas one Friday afternoon in October. The pools were amazing! The outdoor pool was nicely heated. 5 different slides, waterfalls, spa jets, a wave pool, and many different jacuzzis.
