Toilets, bathroom, floor, even your glasses are cleaned with guests' white towels. Then they wash these towels and give them back to the guests. 10-15 minutes - the room is clean and ready))))) For special guests: a plate of fruits and the same clean room)))) Mama mia!!! Never stay again.

We stayed there last week with my toddler; it was terrible. We've been to many hotels, but none like this one. The room is mediocre, the bathroom is dirty, there's no microwave, and the kitchen only has two pots and a frying pan. They put us in the construction crew wing of the hotel, so it was too noisy for our baby to sleep. Disappointed. We paid an arm and a leg for 7 days and had a terrible stay. We will never return. 👎🏼

I have stayed here with my family of 3 for three nights!Location was great! Rooms were ok,but i don’t find cleanliness in the apartment!As Sofa in the hall has lot of dust,which was really annoying for me as at night,we needed to convert it into bed!
Also,in bathroom,no hot water on one day,so i had to bath with cold water!Also,the most inconvenient thing is pool is in the other building,so you have to go out to from the hotel to enter in the pool,which we found inconvenient,as in winter it is really it’s hard!Also,they said water temperature is 28 deg,but it was not!water was cool!
Location is best!Overall area outside was nice,also parking for car is good!so overall,stay was good,except some inconvenience mentioned above!

For what it is, it's wonderful. 3-star hotels come with limitations- found some other reviews quite harsh, considering the price point of this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast bar is plentiful and varied. We have only met very friendly, down to earth staff. Staffing seems tight at times, esp. during very active times of the day, but again, this is common-place these days, and the team are doing the best they can, always on top and keeping it positive. Located directly at the beautiful beach, it doesn't come any better than this. The scenery is stunning, in every weather. For travellers who seek an indulging luxury experience, other places in Binz might be better suited.

The hotel has a great location. You can get by foot to the town centre in about 15 minutes and the beaches around the hotel are way less crowded than in other parts. There is also a bus station close by that will get you to Binz station as well as surrounding towns and the Rasender Roland.
The hotel itself is surprisingly large with a lot of amenities on offer that we didn't have time to check, but there are plenty of restaurants and bars as well as fun activities within the hotels perimeters. The 2 room apartment is big and has everything you could need including a drying rack, pots and pans for cooking, hair dryer, and plenty of tables to eat. Only one thing to note, at least for us, the shampoo dispenser was outside the shower with no other options provided, so consider to bring your own.

In general we were very happy with the time we spent in the IFA Rügen Hotel & Ferienpark. I think for the money, it matched the expectations.
We moved in an apartment. The room was clean and we had nearly everything to be able to cook food for the baby. Also they provided us with crib and children chair.
The only thing we did not really like was the food. First 4 days it was fine. But afterwards everything was very salty or spicy. Probably they made it like this, so people order more drinks (which are not included in dinner price) during dinner

Value for money accommodation in charming Binz
Surprising good hotel, considering the modest price and huge scale. It's not as charming as the old Victorian-style guesthouses in Binz, but it's right on the beach, and rooms are surprisingly spacious and everything is squeeky clean. We even had a small balcony, looking on to the forest. Dogs are allowed for an extra €10. Mini tea kitchen and plenty of space for clothes. Nice touches for a beach resort, such as a hoover (for all that sand) and a clothes dryer (for wet swimwear). Not bad at all.
But don't expect personal service - this is a HUGE place. And it's on the outskirts of Binz, about 15 minutes walk from the centre/pier. No breakfast provided - but plenty of other places, along the beach promenade.

Great family hotel. Right on the beach and the pool area is fantastic. We stayed in an apartment which was well equipped with everything you need.
It's quite a walk to town but on a warm summer evening, that is fine.

Great family hotel. Pool is excellent and the apartment had everything you need for a weeks stay. Beach right there and we could watch the sun rise from our balcony.
