It was a very dated hotel in terms of interior, wasn't clear that breakfast wasn't included

The hotel has a good location, but so bad Wi-Fi, and thin walls. I won't go into all the details, but the sounds coming from the next room were not pleasant to listen to.

Only stay here if price is important.
Very run down hotel. Looks better from outside that it is.

Good price for roof over your head.

Hotel basic, as expected. Beds were good. Quite a noisy area.

The hotel staff was very welcoming, cheerful, friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to make the stay perfect and to accommodate one's wishes. The rooms were clean and spacious and despite being in the middle of the city center the rooms were very quite providing a great nights sleep. The breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety of different food choices catering for a diverse clientele. The hotel was very clean and free tea/coffee and biscuits were provided throughout the day. I strongly recommend this hotel, as we were made to feel at home and we are already looking forward to returning for another stay later on in the year.

My favorite hotel in Gutersloh. Liver here for 2 months. Was like a home for me. The most tasty coffee in the world. Kind of good atmosphere and location.
