Very friendly staff, and they have their private parking. No need to reserve. They are situated near a tunnel under the centre of Winterberg, so if you walk up the side of the tunnel you are right in the centre! And the hotel is really near the main road. Very convenient.

Perfect place for a ski vacation, you have all the amenities needed for this and more. The hotel is close to the city center and to the ski slopes. The atmosphere is great, the staff is super nice, and the food is tasty. Would definitely come back here again.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid Hotel Engemann Kurve. Our €650 payment was a waste. Malfunctioning facilities, lackluster service, and an unprofessional response to our concerns., and the unresponsive reception left us frustrated. Not recommended.

Our stay at Hotel Engemann Kurve was a disaster. Non-functional amenities, a pervasive odor, and an unresponsive reception – a trifecta of disappointment. Would not recommend to anyone. Paid €650 for amenities that were not operational, a room that stank, and staff that did not respond to our concerns. Save your money and stay elsewhere.

Tea was ok but Latte machiato was made with milk that had quite obviously been off for days and was chunky, replacement made using "fresher" milk through the uncleaned machine... not impressed. However will try them again as the place looked great and the menu was reasonably priced especially as a ski resort.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Near Parking 1(lift 12) if you go for skiing. I found it overpriced for what you get
