The HAPIMAG resort is very good
located to go to the ski slopes.
Its close to walking path for hiking as well
to go for city center walk.
It has an indoor pool, wellness and a big garage facility including EV stations.
The rooms are clean and have small kitchens for own cooking when needed.
Can recommend if you go to
Winterberg (DE).

Nice location, apartment was ok. The pull out sofa bed was horrible and the “normal” beds were also not that great (very hard mattresses and short for a tall guy)

Chairs, especially on the balcony were really hard and uncomfortable.

Lovely week in a nice park. Swimming pool and whirlpool are amazing. And they have a lovely room for kids to play. Be prepared to take your luggace skyhigh before you can enjoyed the rest of a holiday ^^.

Loved the location. The restaurant is brilliant. The spa are great. Swimming pool for the kids and activities. Perfect walks for dog owners (which we are). Rooms were lovely as always. Only difficulty faced was taking luggage to your accommodation; depending where you are staying, you have face some steep hills up and down. Not a problem if you have backpacks. Overall a great experience, which we would do again!

The location is brilliant if you come to ski as the lifts and rental places are a 5 minute drive, otherwise there's not a lot of indoor activities, were you with children.
The rooms are modern, new, well-equipped and very comfortable with great heating (coming from the UK it's a blessing). The pool and the outdoor hot tubs are nice but cold, not quite for a pleasant swim or splash with friends/kids. The sauna and steambath are strictly no-textile (which some like some don't). The massage is highly recommended!!

jacuzzi was very cold, the pool was closed (we were told a few days before arrival). and all facilities close at 8 o'clock! I've been coming here all my life but I don't know if this is worth repeating.

We stayed at the Hapimag resort last weekend and enjoyed the upgraded/renewed appartments. Perfect location in Winterberg with close proximity to the city center and sportanlage. The renewed appartments are very cleean, solid and excellent beds. The houses could use some new paint on the outside

Me and my family have been coming here for 20 years (every couple of years) and even though it hasn't had any major updates over the years, it's still a family favourite. The apartments are very comfortable, the swimming pool, hottubs and sauna are amazing especially after a day of skiing or hiking. The restaurant has great food and it's a 20min walk to the village center, a nice little village for shopping and dining. Ski slopes are pretty good especially for beginners, outside of the skii season it's a great place to go hiking.

Was happy with the room. Plenty of space. Nice and cozy.. Staff very friendly. Disappointed to be charged extra for late check-out. Anyway not to bad... Would stay again.. We had a great view. Sadly not much snow... Please people do your best to preserve the environment and do what you can against climate change..
