Just what we had hoped for. We chose to stay at this hotel while visiting family. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is probably the cleanest I have ever seen among similar 4 Star hotels. The food was exceptional and there was plenty of it. On-site parking was a bonus. Would definitely recommend and we look forward to our next stay.

The room was very large and very clean. Breakfast was everything you could need, served as a buffet downstairs in the bakery. We felt comfortable. We'd be happy to stay again.

The room is modern and cosy, furnished and the bed is really comfortable to sleep in. There was nothing wrong with the cleanliness. The furnishings are simple, but everything you need is there (including a hairdryer). Unfortunately, check-in was very difficult. There was a lot of confusion about who was responsible for us. Otherwise, a clean and simple hotel with free parking. Good for short visits.

It is little far from the city center, but on the main roadside. However, the hotel would accommodate the early check in with free parking and free breakfast. The breakfast was simple but you could have eggs cooked in a way you like. The only setback was the noise at night from the bar.

I didn't stay overnight, but went there for breakfast on the weekend. I saw an advertisement and visited. It wasn't great, but it was good enough for a leisurely weekend breakfast. Having breakfast at the hotel made me feel like I was on vacation, which was nice. I'll go back again next time to change my mood.

I was here a few years ago and it was always a nice stay back then. Here I have to say that fortunately almost nothing has changed. Still managed by Ms. Kaup and the staff is the same as before - top top - still very friendly and helpful. The rooms are new, bright and friendly. The city center can be reached on foot in about 15-20 minutes. Again and again gladly and always to be recommended.

I've stayed here a few times. clean with a friendly staff. minus one star for breakfast ending at 9 a.m. this might bi OK if you're on a business trip but as musician or vacationer this is pretty tough. plus point for the breakfast crew. I showed up shortly before 9 to a friendly waitress and was able to get everything including freshly made scrambled eggs.

There is no exhaust ventilation in the rooms. The best you can do is open a tiny window. Otherwise all was good.

Needs to fix internet I had a reservation at the hotel and then they sent me to an apartment three blocks away. That was fine once I found it. The airport is very convenient

Rooms were clean and well presented. The sauna and steam rooms were clean and open at reasonable times. Parking is multi story but a little tight. Breakfast is a little expensive but lots on offer for the guests. The restaurant doesn't have a great deal on offer in the evening but there are many restaurants nearby to satisfy all your cravings. I really liked everything – it's a cozy, clean, quiet hotel with wonderful, friendly hosts! I was there unplanned (my car broke down), so I got a discounted room extension, and breakfast is included! It was a quick and easy place to stay. Was very quiet and comfortable and it was a good night's sleep. If you are only looking for a comfortable place to sleep. Get late in bed and want to sleep only till 8. I recommend the Hotel. If you are looking for a place to relax, I don't. A modern hotel very near to Centre. Due to location tucked away from view as next to a church and St Vincent's hospital it was very quite. Great receptionist and breakfast served. I am disappointed to report that the cleaners on duty on the 11th of September 2023 failed to clean my room located on the first floor. They saw me in the morning going out only came back to meet the wet and used towel, no shampoo or toiletries replaced, and dressed the bed with dirty bed sheet and duvet. I suspect it is a racist thing. Shame on the cleaner...

The accommodation is okay and appropriate for the price...However, there's no one there you can ask anything. I couldn't get gluten-free bread because they didn't understand me at all, so I couldn't have breakfast there...I wouldn't come back...

I made a booking with the hotel and they tried their best to accomodate my requests and also tried finding solutions. The incharge is very helpful and professional lady.

The room was showing some aging issues, like the smell of humidity inside. Other than that, friendly staff and good enough for a short stay. Also unfortunately couldn't get the EV charging station to work, which was one of my main reasons to choose this hotel. Probably a guidance on how to use, would be useful, but I believe it's not the hotel responsibility.

I have been here for several times when i visited Gutersloh, and i found the service always very good. The food is also good and the rooms are clean. The area is calm and you can find some good restaurants arround you and the REWE supermarket is very close (3mn on feet) .If i come again to Gutersloh i would book in Lindenkrug hotel for sure .

Excellent location, really close to the city centre. The parking is tiny and requires some skill to get into (really narrow gate). The breakfast served is varied and tasty, the products used are of top quality. The rooms (single) are unfortunately very tiny, and the choice of carpet might pose problems to people with allergies. The sound insulation in the rooms is excellent and the bed was comfortable...

Great hotel and loved the breakfast. Unfortunately the TV stopped working somewhere at night and although the rooms are soundproofed against outside noise, one can still hear a lot of sound from the hallways. Recommended to bring earplugs when one wishes to sleep until after 8am
