We were in a group tour so it was not our choice. We were supposed to get a queen bed. We were provided with 2 separate single beds, very firm and uncomfortable. No use complaining, it was booked days before so no excuse. At least the room was clean. The TV had no Netflix and no way to change the language nor cast my phone to it.

Rooms are super comfy, they have an excellent training room, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone stopping by bonn, both for long and short stays!

Newly renovated room, very large and new shower. Superb breakfast buffet on Sunday, everything fresh, great selection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good location, quiet. Right next to the spa park, not far from the Rhine riverbank, great for a morning workout.

Very pittoresque hotel. However, compared to 5yrs ago, I find standards dropped, especially in staff, which is a shame as rooms are of a good size and the location is excellent. Attention should be paid to curtains, there should still be some complimentary stuff in the bathroom and there should be the good night sweet on the beds. This can make the difference. A really nice hotel located on a mountain, which gives you a nice view over the city. Friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner are really good here. There are also some nice walking trails you can do, if you're visiting this hotel and other things you can visit that are close by.

Rooms - Very nice, however feel pretty simple and some are small. Spent 2 nights and it was pretty comfy. It does sort of feel like a school trip place and is somewhere to spend the night rather than the whole day. They do advertise there being many activities around however all the buildings were shut. I had a lovely stay at this hotel! The room may be on the smaller, cozy side, but it’s spotlessly clean and the bed is wonderfully comfy. The reception team is fantastic—really warm and welcoming—and the whole experience is great value for money. I’ll definitely be returning on my next visits!

Little tiny GEM near Bonn area Friendly and heartwarmIng. HavIng a history but well maintained. Bathroom is totally refurbished.

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

Top Lage direkt am Rhein. Freundliches Personal Zimmer sauber allerdings ein bisschen altmodisch eingerichtet.

I booked the hotel for my parents so I don't have a first hand experience. But nevertheless I had to write a review! My parents loved the place, rooms, location and the breakfast. We were met at the property by the owner who made our stay even more memorable. Everything about the property was excellent. We will return if we are anywhere nearby in the future.

Location is very quiet, you can find a parking spot nearby. Serving, we didn’t have time to eat, but we had coffee, and they were very nice. Rooms are clean, and that’s what matters most. Based on the price, 5 stars is the only answer. Reception was very friendly & spoke english. If I ever come in Bonn again, this is the place to go.

Hi we stay for one night on 26th September. Well lit room nice bathroom everything for our needs. Super be area quiet and not far from town. Friendly at reception. Also good was good price for stay just 73€ and pet friendly. We saved this place for next trip definitely we come again. Highly recommend. Thank you Mārcis

I was lucky enough (and very grateful) to be upgraded to one of the rooms in their adjacent, newer building (just across the road).
