Its good location if u want to hike, hotel is clean, staff is nice, but the male receptionist wears a supporting Isaral symbol on his suit which is quiet strange. U can show ur political vision after work, as a hotel guest, I don't want to see u choose a side and support the war.

Stay was pretty good but reception staff at night was pretty rude 😞. Like you are not native they will not talk to you in a good manner. I would always prefer maritim Bonn.

Really enjoyed our one night staycation there. Got updated rooms and had really nice and calming view there. Our son and parents really enjoyed staying there. Nice, fast and friendly services which sometime I did not get from 5 stars hotel. They deserve 5 stars services. Keep ur quality!!! Really recommend!

The hotel is just Splendid! I am staying there already 3 year on Christmas (which is also my birthday)and I am having really a great experience each time! Breakfast is delicious and diverse, dinner in Bill‘s is also a treat every time. So I will be back again 100% and I really can highly recommend the hotel!

Very pittoresque hotel. However, compared to 5yrs ago, I find standards dropped, especially in staff, which is a shame as rooms are of a good size and the location is excellent. Attention should be paid to curtains, there should still be some complimentary stuff in the bathroom and there should be the good night sweet on the beds. This can make the difference. A really nice hotel located on a mountain, which gives you a nice view over the city. Friendly staff, the breakfast and dinner are really good here. There are also some nice walking trails you can do, if you're visiting this hotel and other things you can visit that are close by.

Rooms - Very nice, however feel pretty simple and some are small. Spent 2 nights and it was pretty comfy. It does sort of feel like a school trip place and is somewhere to spend the night rather than the whole day. They do advertise there being many activities around however all the buildings were shut. Staff was great. Room was clean. Train station, bus stop and subway were opposite the hotel, which made it easy to get around. Good restaurants close by as well.

The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast . Coffee in the rooms was difficult to do work out and no milk.

Service is poor, food semi-OK (burgers come with a prefabricated supermarket paddy rather than freshly made, ribs were tough rather than tender) but the place is very lively and the atmosphere good. I'd come back for a few drinks. Payment by credit card no problem

Rooms are super comfy, they have an excellent training room, and the breakfast buffet is delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone stopping by bonn, both for long and short stays!

Newly renovated room, very large and new shower. Superb breakfast buffet on Sunday, everything fresh, great selection. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Good location, quiet. Right next to the spa park, not far from the Rhine riverbank, great for a morning workout.

Little tiny GEM near Bonn area Friendly and heartwarmIng. HavIng a history but well maintained. Bathroom is totally refurbished.

It used to be home to diplomats working in Bonn. Now, feels like muslim town, lots of Arab shops and restaurants. But to be fair, we had the best street food there. No good sitting restaurants around. Hotel staff was not very helpful. AC was not working. Need to climb some stairs with luggage to get to the reception.

Friendly hotel staff, the room was beautiful and felt luxurious. We were happy to learn we can access the hotel with our room pass at any time, so we could get back late after the concert we went to. We had some trouble finding a parking spot, but found one in the next street. It is not in the center of Bonn, but I preferred this because it was very calm at night. Nice balcony room in the new building with good size… The strange thing is that there is no telephone in the room ،، I have to call from my phone to the reception room !!! In fact, the worst thing is the location of the hotel above the mountain, which requires a lot of effort to climb, which is not practical at all. But the area is very quiet, which is great

Just visited the restaurant and bar. Delicious meals: prawn and chicken salad c baked potatoes and mushroom €52; black pudding, mashed potato and apple sauce €14. Relaxed friendly ambience of verandah dining spoilt by pretty constant noise from the bus and train station opposite.
