Excellent, spotless, chic hotel in Bayer Chempark In Leverkusen. Lovely staff. Very impressive place. Excellent value. Some minor niggles - the automatic lights in the room are very annoying when one partner needs the loo and the other needs to sleep. Only soap in the room was in the shower - none by basin or bath.

The hotel is right in the stadium, Leverkusen's home stadium, which is great. The breakfast is also very good. I will come again next time.

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff, spotlessly clean

Good hotel, everything was up to the usual standard for this chain. I was especially pleased that breakfast on January 1st was extended until 12 PM.

The room was decent. The environment and facilities were pretty average, but the location was quite convenient, close to the highway. The outdoor parking lot in front was quite large, but they charge 15 euros per night for parking, which I personally find a bit unreasonable.

A hotel that feels like home. McDonald's being right next door is convenient for a quick meal, and the free breakfast is varied and abundant, making it incredibly good value for money.

Nice clean hotel, staff very helpful and spoke both German and English. Breakfast was good. A lot of the extras had a surcharge that normally are free in most hotels

The hotel was very clean. It was located right by the Rhine, which made for lovely walks. The reception staff were friendly and solution-oriented. It was also a nice bonus that they spoke Turkish. Thanks for everything!

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The only downside was that it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram stop. Otherwise, I was satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel also comes with a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a bottle of water. There's a delicious German pub downstairs. However, the hotel's location isn't very convenient; the nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and the cobblestone streets make it difficult to lug a suitcase. Overall, however, it's a good stay.

Basically everything is DIY but for this fees I would say rather fair. I believe I will choose this hotel again next time. So far so good

Lovely hotel we came for the Summerjam Reggae Festival so stayed a few days. Breakfast was very good with a great selection. The staff were great and very helpful. One cleaner in particular was a hoot! She was so funny 😁 Great hotel highly recommend 👌

I stayed at the hote as part of a work trip and it was a good short stay. Our flight was delayed so it was important that we had the ability to check in late (around 1 am in our case). The rooms were modern and the bed was comfy. I would stay there again.

We booked the hotel because they have swimming pool. But when arrived was informed it’s broken and can’t use. If we knew in advance we wouldn’t book it. It would be nice to be informed in advance. But I should have also called and double check before booking it myself.

The location is a bit far from the central station, but on the upside, it feels safer.

My husband and I stayed for one night to watch the Germany vs. Northern Ireland match in the World Cup qualification. Overall, the experience was good, except for the cleaning staff who entered our room twice before we checked out.

Because we were traveling by car, we booked this hotel for the convenience of parking. The location is a bit remote. We took a taxi to the city center. We needed to fill out a form manually to check in, which was a bit slow. There was no elevator in the room.

First of all the room was clean and big. And the beds were comfortable. Unfortunately, as stated multiple times in other reviews, there is a wedding/party venue right next door with a lot of people and loud noise. It did stop at midnight though, so still possible to get some decent sleep. We stayed here for a concert nearby and this hotel was pretty much the only option. But a little too expensive...

Heating system were too bad, too much cold, Internet was not working as signals was too weak in the last appartments, beds and comforter was not comfort enough, we had sewer back pain, we requested for double blanket but they refused to give, overall experience was not good, only good things appartment was quit big

Not open front door during check in time. Only after my call to hotel they gave me an information about check in information. Very dirty toilet. Lift is not avaliable.

We stayed for 2 nights. Since there was no air conditioner, the room was really hot but the weather was rainy so that we did not have so much trouble. Other than, rest of the things were perfect. The location of the hotel was also good, there were no noise in the neighborhood and restaurants, markets were close. We satisfied in general.

The room was clean, the service was OK, but the nights were very noisy due to foreign mechanics and road workers. They even accommodated special requests at breakfast. Next door is a lovely brewery where you can eat well and reasonably priced.

Overall, everything is very good, the room is clean, not far from the train station. There is only one minus. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, I waited 15 minutes for the cold water to flow, hoping that hot water would come, but there was no hot water. I had to bathe in cold water.

The hotel has functional furnishings with good beds and was very clean. The reception was relaxed and friendly. The breakfast buffet is OK and completely reasonable for the price. Unfortunately there is no elevator and I didn't have any extra heating in the bathroom.

The room was unclean, infested with bedbugs, and I was bitten. The bites haven't healed in a week and are very serious. There was no individual notification, no one cleaned the room, there was no refrigerator, and only one bottle of water on the first day. The room was cleaned, but the water wasn't changed.

It is a good hotel. I had everything I needed. Very clean and cool design. But not very close to the center.

The hotel itself is new and nice. However, i didn't like 4 things: - the location is far away from the city centre. - the parking is very expensive! - the pillows were too high and uncomfortable for me. - no fridge in the room.

Terrific value for money, we stayed for 2 nights as we were there for a match. Spotless rooms, beds comfortable and rooms lovely and warm. Receptionist went above and beyond regarding customer service despite the fact it was really busy with check ins.

Clean rooms with all the services needed for a business trip. Unfortunately my room faced the street and was not soundproofed.

I have been at this place many years back with my grand parents. It is still a typical German cozy place with good German upscale kitchen and good draugh beer.

This is a lovely little family run hotel, what makes it great is the owner, what a lovely man, check in/out was completely painless!!! It’s nice and quiet and in a really quiet area, we were travelling for the euro 24 football and it provided us with everything we needed. We didn’t opt for breakfast but the owner very kindly made us coffee free of charge before we headed out

Perfectly nice little hotel with very friendly service. I'd recommend it to everyone looking for a non-chain stay over. The train station is quickly be reached on food. So even for business in Cologne it might be a suitable alternative instead of a, probably more expensive, hotel within Cologne.

Centrally located hotel, within walking distance of the Leverkusen Forum (Jazz Days). Very clean and modern hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. The breakfast offered a wide selection, was very appetizing and fresh, and served in a comfortable, modern breakfast room. Hotel parking is available about 150 meters away (advance booking is essential as spaces are limited).

Please note: there is no elevator! The hotel itself is tastefully furnished and located in a quiet location. The room floor was quite dirty, so we now have to clean the dog blanket, which we paid extra for (our poodle doesn't shed, and we shed more hair). Well, it's Leverkusen. More for business or football. It's not ideal for vacation. The hotel is great for its size. There's a big TV in the room, a top-notch shower, and a top-notch room. The surrounding area doesn't seem very safe. There is an arcade, but there is a private parking lot, which is very safe. I don't recommend staying there in the summer. There is no air conditioning, only a fan, and it will be very hot.

Extremly beautiful place, directly on the banks of the Rhine. Very individual rooms, great art everywhere, colorful birds in courtyard, playground, delicious breakfast and lovely people running it.
