Good hotel, everything was up to the usual standard for this chain. I was especially pleased that breakfast on January 1st was extended until 12 PM.

The room was decent. The environment and facilities were pretty average, but the location was quite convenient, close to the highway. The outdoor parking lot in front was quite large, but they charge 15 euros per night for parking, which I personally find a bit unreasonable.

A hotel that feels like home. McDonald's being right next door is convenient for a quick meal, and the free breakfast is varied and abundant, making it incredibly good value for money.

Would go back and stay again. Nothing crazy good or bad to note. The location was good for us because we were going to a concert nearby. Free breakfast was great! Big spread of food. Not a lot of hot food, but they had a pancake proper, so that was fun. I've noticed in germany they turn off Ac when fall hits, even when its warm out. It wasn't bad, but they offered to turn it on if it was too hot. That was nice of them. They have an ice machine on the main floor, but you need a glass from the bar to get some. Nice of me to grab the glass. Parking is charged. Oh, and no fridge in the hotel room, so that was kinda disappointing. All in all, pleasant stay.

As an IHG member, I really always go to IHG hotels. This one is one of the better ones I've been to in Germany. No annoying ID check, no annoying surcharges for multiple people in the room. Friendly service and staff. A good franchise partner that IHG has here! keep up the good work. The rooms are rather small and I miss queen size beds, but everything else is ok, very clean.

Typical quality for a Holiday Inn Express. Room was a bit small but not unexpected for a tourist spot. A/C in the room worked well enough but if it was an incredibly hot day, I could see that the a/c likely wouldn't be able to keep the room cool. One dissappointment was the lack of a gym/exercise room.

The rooms starts and stops. We paid about 300euros a night. Thats okay since we understand it was gamescom week. But i would not have paid 100euros for a hotel like this. The breakfast didn’t have any spread. Eat yogurt and get on with your day. For everything ( dental kit, water etc) you have to go to the reception and get it. Zero hospitality. The acs didn’t work, it was too hot and no hot water. Book something else.
