The hotel was very clean. It was located right by the Rhine, which made for lovely walks. The reception staff were friendly and solution-oriented. It was also a nice bonus that they spoke Turkish. Thanks for everything!

We made a reservation for 1 night for a concert. Around 8 in the morning we we're woken up by a knock on the door from housekeeping. She did not knock once, but several time and even tried to enter the room while we where sleeping there. After 20 minutes she came back again, she again tried to enter the room. Luckily we locked the door from the inside. But we we're disturbed twice very early in the morning after a late night. If you need to check out before 11 in the morning, you expect them to clean the room after that time, and not wake you early. Terrible service!

The hotel breakfast was plentiful, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and tidy. The only downside was that it was about a 10-minute walk from the tram stop. Otherwise, I was satisfied and would definitely stay there again.

The hotel also comes with a bathtub, a refrigerator, and a bottle of water. There's a delicious German pub downstairs. However, the hotel's location isn't very convenient; the nearest subway station is about a 10-minute walk, and the cobblestone streets make it difficult to lug a suitcase. Overall, however, it's a good stay.

Basically everything is DIY but for this fees I would say rather fair. I believe I will choose this hotel again next time. So far so good

It was a great Hotel and so clean and the staff was very friendly.
It was a little bit far away from city centre but you can go there in 15 minutes with Road Rail.

Been an amazing stay with great service!! Past reviews seemed bad but i do not agree as the staffs were really nice. Even managed to get early checked in at 1150am, when we reached at 1130am, as the staffs rushed to help us get checked in. Breakfast was on the pricier side for 17 euro but it was really good and widespread!
