Super nice hotel. Affordable price with amazing customer service.

Very nice a hotel

The service here is outstanding. The employees are very friendly and happy to help with any needs. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Would absolutely come back.

Location was easy to find by car. Parking charge €15 per day, but roadside parking nearby, free overnight. Walking distance to mall, supermarket, cafes.

Stayed here for 12 nights for a business trip to Siegen. As for German hotels go, this is very nice and very modern.

It was warm in July 2024 and the AC in the room worked great. Bed was large and comfortable. Bathroom has modern fixtures and a walk in shower with hot water within seconds. Everything was very clean.

The breakfast was your typical German breakfast, plenty of fresh breads, cold cuts, cheeses, pancakes, fruit, and fresh scrambled eggs. Coffee machine made it by the cup and they had 2 machines.

Staff were very friendly and helpful at all times.

There is a grocery store a couple blocks up the street in my pic called Dornseifer and it is fantastic too. Great for meals, bottled water, and adult beverages.

Regular HIE travelers take note. This hotel does not have a fridge or microwave in the room. It does have a water boiler for instant coffee or tea though. Also, there are no closets or dresser drawers, only a small area to hang up your cloths. Lastly, no laundry service either, but there is a high tech laundromat called Speed Queen 1 mile down the road. Parking was 12 Euro a day and can be full, but I was fortunate to catch one of the last spots at the end of each day when I returned. I would always park my rental and walk to dinner or shopping.

I look forward to staying here again next time I am in Siegen next year.

The newest hotel in Siegen, look at it being built. There’s not much to say, it’s all very good and highly recommended.

The hotel's breakfast was exceptional, offering a delightful start to the day. Its central location in the heart of the city, mere steps away from Siegen Hauptbahnhof, made it incredibly convenient for travelers. The staff were not only friendly but also remarkably well-organized, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay
