The ceilings in the room were very high. The mattresses on the beds were very thick. I slept well. The chocolates in the room were delicious. The front desk staff were also very friendly. Since we were renting a car, the entrance and exit to the parking lot felt a little narrow.

A well-run hotel, lavishly decorated before Christmas, good and clean spa area, lovely atmosphere. All of the works of art in the hotel by Georg Baselith and Markus Lüpertz deserve a special tour.

***The bank card was in my possession, but the hotel charged me over 390 euros without my knowledge and without the card! Don't go to this hotel****
&&& We kept contacting Ctrip, but they kept saying that the hotel had lost contact and couldn't be contacted for two days. We interrupted our schedule and drove back to the hotel. The hotel avoided us, so we called the police on the spot. The police handled the matter for several hours, and the hotel refused to talk to us at the beginning, but finally replied to the police that it was a problem with the hotel staff, and the hotel confirmed that Ctrip had not booked a room for us... The hotel's attitude was very arrogant and impolite, and Ctrip's handling made us even more disappointed and angry. ..... It is still being handled....
The itinerary was disrupted, and the hotel fee for two more nights was added. It was really crazy. I must follow up and ask for an explanation....

It's a bit old, but that's the atmosphere of the castle hotel. It's nice to experience it. The restaurant and bar at night are also very good. The restaurant service is very good. The guy can speak a few words of Chinese, which is a plus.

The front office agents are super helpful and nice! A beautiful hotel to stay and love the small town. People there are so friendly. Highly recommended to visit!

Because I couldn't book a room in Cologne during the Cologne Game Show, I booked this hotel. It's in the small town of Bensberg, about 30 minutes by taxi from Cologne Train Station, which is a bit far. But the hotel is very comfortable, with a beautiful environment, and there are gardens in front and back, suitable for family vacations. The breakfast is rich in variety, and the waiters are very pretty
