Can't say much about the service since I stayed there for only one night but feels not right to give more than 3 stars because I basically didn't experienced much. Breakfast was good, rooms were a little small but enough for one person. Sadly the TV didn't functioned perfectly. Netflix and many Channels weren't available but didn't mind it since it was just one night. Good bathroom. Location perfect for anyone who visits a concert at the lanxess arena and also it's not far from the train station köln messe/deutz

Stayed with family before Christmas, it was quiet, walking distance from the centre and public transport outside the hotel. Big choice of breakfast and the room we stayed in was big for all of us.

Friendly staff at the front desk. There’s no pool (in case you see the pictures from old reviews). Our room was great. You can hear the tram but not enough to bother us. The hotel is right in front of the Arena and near tram station.

Nice central location, clean and spacious family room, helpful staff and fabulous breakfast!

Mixed feelings. Great space and staff. However, due to an event, the parking I was told they had for guests, was used up. They sent us to a parking garage, which was a pretty far walk and was also full for 8 of the 9 floors, so it was a long walk down the stairs, as the elevator was broken. Also, there was no evening restaurant, just the bar, which did get us food, but really slow with the event in house.

Was here for the Chase Atlantic concert- PERFECT location since it was right across from the arena and I didn't have to worry about walking through Köln at night, which as a solo traveling 20± yo woman was beyond fantastic ~ ♡

Staff was really nice and accommodating + breakfast was top. Good variety.

All in all, for the price I payed, location and staff i would definitely recommend again and come here for the next concert im attending thats at the Lanxes Arena

Lovely stay in Köln
Lovely stay in Cologne. The hotel was great and in a good location, easy for local transport connections. Staff all helpful and friendly. Good, big and comfy rooms (we had two family suites) with an excellent range of options for breakfast. Highly recommended as a base for visiting Cologne and the surrounding area.
