What a terrible experience last year. I'd rather sleep on the street next time. The receptionist / manager is not just racist (as per other reviews) he is just purely unprofessional and unfriendly (I am German). Do yourself a favour and do not support this hotel. We arrived late (due to a bus delay) and they told us the room we had booked was no longer available since it was after 18:00 - what type of hotel cancels your room after 18:00??? Such poor customer service, I'll never support the hotels group again and I'll make sure to let everyone know about my bad experience. Maybe you should try and change something and not just write poor apologies on these online comments. Ever heard of customer service? That's the industry you fall under!

Location was excellent not far from motorway people friendly and welcoming with great service definitely would recommend

I stayed at Garni-Tell for 7 days and it was great. I felt so welcoming and Mr Phillips is so friendly and caring. The room was comfortable, the shower warm and the breakfast was delicious (prepared early for me due to work). I can't recommend them highly enough! Thank you guys! I hope I can come back soon.

The hotel is not in the center of the city, but there is a bus driving every hour almost in the front of the hotel. The environment is very calm, the workers are very helpful and polite. I definetely recommend it!
