The standard room (unfortunately, despite booking early, only this category could be booked for this day of the week) was very plain and showing its age, as was the bathroom. The splash guards and joints in the shower were dark orange and black. The "wellness area" did not deserve this name. Most of the tiles there were very old (70s?), the room was uncomfortable, the steam bath was out of order and there were lots of mold spots on the ceiling. The restaurant area, on the other hand, was very modern and cozy, the African theme was tastefully implemented here. (While you didn't notice any of this in the room.) The food was quite good and the breakfast buffet was extensive, we just missed fish and fresh fruit. The service was very courteous, as was the lady who gave the massages, which were wonderful. Conclusion: If they spent a lot of money on renovating it, it could be a really nice hotel.

Great Rooms designed with some african decoration and so is the hole Hotel. I was fascinated by it. The only bad thing is that there was no cleaning service for my room , since i stayed for two nights i needed a change of towel unfortunately that service wasn t provided . Otherwise i had a great experience

Nice rooms with bathrooms. Air conditioning will probably be missing in the summer. Unfortunately, as is the case in many hotels these days, the bar and reception close at 10 p.m. Breakfast was also perfectly fine.

The hotel looks solid on the outside. The entrance area and dining room are neat. The rooms (business economy) are clean, but have not been renovated for a long time. The WiFi is a disaster - slow and unreliable. Room service only with advance reservation at reception. A normal breakfast costs a whopping €17 - standard British breakfast. The heating does not get warm. The shower has to run for a few minutes before hot water comes. There is no fridge. Not suitable for mechanics due to the high price of breakfast and poor WiFi.

Nice clean hotel. Very friendly helpful staff. Good kitchen. Delicious food. Breakfast and dinner. We found the prayers very loud. But it was wonderfully quiet at night despite being in the town.

I arrived at the weekend with my girlfriend and my dog and wanted to get away from the big city and into the countryside. The hotel takes you on a journey to Africa and we were welcomed and accompanied by friendly staff. Our every wish was fulfilled, be it decaffeinated coffee or lactose-free products. They were also very helpful with tips for hiking trails. Dog-friendly staff, which my dog immediately took advantage of. They also paid attention to the little things and there was, for example, a dog blanket in the restaurant. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and there was even a free bottle of water on the table at reception. Lots of little things that all come across as very warm and help you relax. If we want to go into the countryside again, we'll be happy to come back ☺️

Good hotel, comfortable and welcoming. The staff is kind, the breakfast is rich, the rooms are spacious. A big plus is the "Kegeln" track that looks a bit like bowling, they opened just for us to play, they were really kind. The reasons why I didn't give 5 stars are: - Breakfast time too late (starts at 7:00 and if you travel for business it can be a problem) - Very little fruit for breakfast, only clementines and pears to peel and if you don't have time it's not the best. - In general the rooms are a bit old, like 90's, with carpets everywhere.
