Although this hotel is located on a busy main road and at the beginning of the pedestrian zone, it's still a good choice. The room was good, and the beds were comfortable. Earplugs are provided, as there is, of course, some street noise. Rooms are accessible by elevator via the hotel's side entrance. Breakfast was very busy and full. Partly because of this, the rolls were temporarily out and it took a while for them to be replenished because they were being baked in the oven. Therefore, they weren't completely fresh. The staff couldn't quite handle the crowds, except when things quieted down a bit. Paid parking is available in the large parking lot by the river, and it's a bit of a walk (uphill) with your suitcase, but manageable.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with relatively new furniture and very good mattresses. If you choose a basic room, the view is quite limited. However, since we were out and about during the day, this was fine for us, as was the size of the room. It was perfectly adequate. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff is friendly and very attentive.

The hotel is in a good location; we had a large room on the first floor with a balcony. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices and tasty pastries. The staff was friendly. The room faced a busy road, which was a bit noisy early in the morning. The decor is somewhat chic but not entirely up-to-date.

Upon arrival in Bernkastel, we had lunch at the Römische Kaiser Bistro. The flammkuchen were delicious! Nice and crispy, not burnt on the edges, as is often the case. Very friendly service. Restrooms are in the basement, but immaculately kept. A great way to start a visit to the town of Bernkastel.

A very nice and clean hotel with spacious rooms and a very good breakfast. The staff is incredibly friendly. The hotel is ideally located near the historic center. Parking is available practically in front of the hotel for a small fee.

Absolutely great service at the hotel, great location for walking, boat trip etc. If your by car ask about parking ticket in the reception, 3 days costs 12€.

Stayed here last year and returning this year, an excellent comfortable hotel in an excellent location. Bernkastel-Kues is an exquisite place to visit loads of bars and restaurants and boat trips a must!
