Very good breakfast, unfortunately it is pity that I took the room where it needed to walk to another building. I expected to have the room toward the river.

I will always come back to this hotel. It has garage and you are within walking distance to the downtown area. The pillows are fluffy and bed are comfortable. They have a restaurant and bar. The staff knows English among other languages. Great place!

I stayed at the Hilton Mainz for a business trip and overall had a good experience, though there were a few issues that I hope the hotel addresses. The location is fantastic. Right on the river with lovely views and an easy walk to the city centre. The meeting rooms were excellent and the breakfast was surprisingly good. The buffet served during our conference for lunch and dinner was also exceptional...

Love coming here. Breakfast is amazing, including fresh squeezed orange juice. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, beds super comfortable. Bathrooms are small but very well utilized with a great walk in shower (Rhine Wing).

Overall, my stay at the hotel was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need. The only downside was that the room was relatively cold, and the air conditioning/heating system did not work properly. Other than that, everything was fine.

Had a lovely stay. We were initially given a single room (instead of double) and were then upgraded to the suite. It was amazing, sad we only stood 1 night.

Everything was great as always. I'm always happy to come.

New facility recently purchased by Leonardo. Up on a hill above the center of town where all the attractions are. Downhill to town but uphill going back to the hotel. But the area seems safe.

The hotel was indeed under renovation. When I went there, they were still working on the ceiling in the lobby. The elevator was a bit shaky, I don’t know if it was because it was also under renovation. The room space was okay, a little cramped for two people. There was a smell because of the new renovation, but it was fine to let it out after opening the window for half a day.

This was a great hotel. They allowed you to choose the frequency of room cleaning which was nice! Would have liked a recycle container in the room. Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker. Otherwise the room was modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay! Staff was excellent...

Room had been refurbished well Breakfast was good but busy. Queues for coffee were long

I visit frequently for work. It is a great hotel with nice rooms, restaurant, and parking. Good food options and supermarket nearby also.

Breakfast good and the athmospere, but the bathrobe was soooo tiny.

Nice clean hotel just outside the city Centre but not far from the main train station. The room was nice, bright and clean, the amenities were very nice and the breakfast was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. The attached German/Italian restaurant was also very good.

It was great experience staying in hotel and it was really like home coming. All the staffs were very kind and helped me whenever needed. Thanks again Mr Hargas and other staffs. You guys are great

I was pleasantly surprised — I honestly didn’t expect such a great experience! Everything was exceptionally clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the room exceeded my expectations. I loved the little touch of having two bottles of Black Forest water waiting for me – such a nice surprise! The room itself was very spacious, with a comfortable desk, centrally placed TV, blackout curtains, and a spotless...

Overall a very nice hotel, in its German way. Good quality is very good, however the menu is quite limited. Parking is a bit inconvenient, as you must print an inbound ticket but later change it for a coin at the reception every day. When in bldg two quite a bit to walk and a bit of a timewaster. Other than that I really enjoyed it. Beds are fair, room was very nice.

Great place and outstanding staff.

We decided to stay at this hotel to escape the 100-degree weather near Mainz. The AC and the pool gave us the relief we sought. The hotel and staff were great. My wife and I enjoyed a terrific dinner

Mainz downtown is far, but the hotel is amazing, good food and swimming pool. Staff very professional and kind.

The room was great. Check-in has to be done electronically, however staff was available on site to assist, if needed.

Clean room/gentleman that worked at the bar in the evening was great/breakfast options were awesome. Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening). Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay.

A small, quaint hotel that is more pragmatic than luxurious. I definitely enjoyed the staff and service, they were the best part. Overall, it a pleasant stay for a short visit.

Was good service- if you are not happy with something, say something, they will take care of you.

This is a small local hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. The rooms are well appointed, with a private bathroom. It is a comfortable place to stay.

A great location for budget travelers! Only steps from the Bahnhof and then from the rest of a very friendly city. Be careful you could easily walk past the entrance. With several restaurants and shops near. It's conveniently located so that you are a short walk from all the seasonal event that Mainz has! Making it my first thought when I'm in Mainz.

Accommodation and receptionist was very good( the little cleaver boy)❣️ .. However the breakfast was a disaster, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the wasn't e even eggs, preferably coffee etc

Located near to bus stop. Rooms are good and maintenance is also good. Food and service is average. No lift so you have to take steps all the time. Bed condition was poor.

Hotel is great! Was there for some days for a work trip and had everything I needed. There’s an Italian restaurant in-house where you can pick-up dinner; there’s a supermarket just opposite of the hotel as well as a bus stop. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Rooms, facilities were standard. Very convenient hotel! Would definitely come here again when in Mainz.

It is close enough to the centre and the room is comfortable. There is free wi-fi and free parking. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant. The bathroom is large and comfortable.
