From the moment we checked in, the atmosphere felt chill but polished. The interior design was beautiful (think: upscale without being stiff), and every staff member we encountered was genuinely kind and helpful. They really went out of their way to make sure everything felt easy and welcoming.
The à la carte breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in a hotel — lots of variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pancakes were chef’s kiss. After a night out, the bed felt like a warm hug — super comfortable and quiet, which made for the perfect reset.

Staff member at breakfast asked for our room number. Felt bothered as he didn’t ask for anyone else’s. Stay monthly on military rotation. Room this time smelled and was not clean.
