I have visited the hotel for a brunch. It was great. Very good quality and delicious food The service was great and I would love to go there again, soon.

Good skilled staff at checkin, spacious rooms with comfortable bed. Located directly at Rhine river. suitable both for business appointments and leisure

Outstanding service, great breakfast. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating and the rooms are very clean and modern. The location is excellent for walking into the old town and taking in the sights.

Although the location is close to the main train station, there aren't many shops nearby, so you have to take a bit of a detour. Overall, the room was comfortable and warm. The bed was quite comfortable

We had a premium room on 4th floor. Pretty quiet, at this time at least. Free wifi had enough bandwidth for watching some streams. There was a small kitchen with microwave and a capsule coffee maker

Otherwise the room was modern, clean and comfortable! Enjoyed our stay! Staff was excellent and helpful with any inquiry we had!

Room had been refurbished well Breakfast was good but busy. Queues for coffee were long

New facility recently purchased by Leonardo. Up on a hill above the center of town where all the attractions are. Downhill to town but uphill going back to the hotel. But the area seems safe.

The hotel was indeed under renovation. When I went there, they were still working on the ceiling in the lobby. The elevator was a bit shaky, I don’t know if it was because it was also under renovation

The room space was okay, a little cramped for two people. There was a smell because of the new renovation, but it was fine to let it out after opening the window for half a day

Only a coffee pod machine in the room, which isn't ideal for tea (and leaks when you use it for tea), so a kettle would be preferred for this tea drinker

A small, quaint hotel that is more pragmatic than luxurious. I definitely enjoyed the staff and service, they were the best part. Overall, it a pleasant stay for a short visit.

Only complaint was it mentioned smart tv in rooms- unfortunately only 3 channels could be changed to english (1 news channel and 2 channels that only showed cartoons in tge evening)

Sonds silly but I fall asleep to sitcoms and was able to do so/overall it was a pretty cool place to stay

The standard of domestic convenient hotels, overall clean and tidy. But the room is relatively small, and the aisle is a bit narrow when a large suitcase is spread out. There is nothing to eat around

however the location is not that great quiet a distance to the nearest bus station and the bus station which is nearby has buses after a long time and the train station is a kilometre away

apart from that its a fine place if you just wanna relax and be at the hotel for a longer time. checkin agent let us store our bags in the. Luggage room since we arrive slightly earlier

Really good price for a hotel 100m from train station. Short walk into town with plenty of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We were there for the Mainz v Stuttgart football match and it was perfect

From the point of checking in to checking out (5 days on business) the food, meals, room and service was second to none

Super balcony room, very friendly and helpful staff in restaurant and reception, in particular Mona at the delicious breakfast in the restaurant. Very good location near the Schiller Platz

Clean property, kind and helpful staff, ample breakfast, and a spacious room. For the first two days, there was a slight smoke smell, which was annoying for non-smokers like us

But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town

The breakfast was amazing - covers all the bases, including bacon and eggs and cereals if you're looking for a more American-style breakfast. Rooms are average, but certainly not lacking

The hotel was easy walking distance to Mainz attractions and we enjoyed exploring the area

Rooms are dated and mattresses & pillows need updating. However, rooms are quiet in spite of the location, and air conditioning worked well in 36 degree heat. Clean and quiet matters more than modern

Good location. Just opposite to the railway station but the room has the good soundproofing. The public transport is very convenient. A good restaurant with a bar is next door.

The location is amazing soon as you get off your train at the Mainz central station it’s right there and there’s plenty of taxis if you need one and plenty of good restaurants

Maybe I have a sensitive nose, but the smell of the pillowcase was bothersome, so I had to sleep on the sofa over my pillow. Other than that, it wasn't a problem and I had a comfortable stay

I was upgraded to a room that was very clean, both in terms of the bathroom and the room itself. However, the smell of the pillowcase bothered me

The room was great, service was excellent but the fact that the elevator wasn’t working and we were on the 4th floor was a bit of a challenge! Since the elevator hasn’t been working for over 4 months it would have been nice to have been given a heads up!

AC would have been helpful during our stay, as it was really hot, but they gave us fans and the windows opened. The street noise gets a little loud with a bar down the street

Business stay Good for business stay for 2 night or so. Right opposite mainz station . Very easy walk of 100m . Also all trams / buses . 50m away .
