Although the location is close to the main train station, there aren't many shops nearby, so you have to take a bit of a detour. Overall, the room was comfortable and warm. It met basic needs. The bed was quite comfortable.

Overall it's not bad, but the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired: during our three weeks of stay the floor was not washed even once.

The hotel was very clean, and the staff were extremely kind and polite. The price was excellent. Great access to bus, tram, bikes, and scooters. Close to the industrial area, which makes it perfect for business trips. Breakfast quality and variety were also good. I just don’t understand why hotels don’t provide slippers. Also, my room didn’t have a fridge.

The room facilities are too simple, the mattress is too soft and my waist is very tired when sleeping, the carpet is very dirty, the hotel interior is very simple, not suitable for travel and living for more than 2-3 days; the front desk staff is cold and unenthusiastic, it is five bus stops away from the train station and a 6-minute walk from the supermarket.

Everything was fine. Room with enough space and cleaning. Location is not central located but fits perfectly for our family visit: next to Kaufland. Short driving distance to every where. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Mainz.

Clean property, kind and helpful staff, ample breakfast, and a spacious room. For the first two days, there was a slight smoke smell, which was annoying for non-smokers like us. The shower drain was a bit clogged, and the water drained very slowly. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

The room is relatively new and cost-effective, but also small. After checking in, we found out that many rooms on the first floor were being renovated, so we had to go through the renovated rooms to get to our room. There was no kettle.

Other than the weak water pressure and the fact that it's a bit far from downtown, everything else was great. The staff were always willing to help, and everything was great. It was quiet and nice.

Very close to the station, which was convenient for a late check-in. The breakfast was simple but clean and sufficient, much better than the City Hotel.

The room is great and location is super convenient, but be aware that the Wi-Fi in the rooms is not very good, regarding both speed and stability.

Good place in train station are, but not too close. Easy access to old town. Rooms are nice and stuff is nice and helpful.

The rooms were clean, the service was good. Everything was great.

I pick this hotel almost at random, but I was surprised by the professionalism of the personal, the comfort and the space of the room I was provided. I'll definitely book here the next time I'll visit Mainz.

The hotel is right across the Mainz station so it’s quite convenient to find food around.

The small, old hotel is right across from the train station but not noisy. The staff are very friendly, and the rooms are small but fully equipped. Mainz is a very comfortable and quiet city.

I was upgraded to a room that was very clean, both in terms of the bathroom and the room itself. However, the smell of the pillowcase bothered me. Maybe I have a sensitive nose, but the smell of the pillowcase was bothersome, so I had to sleep on the sofa over my pillow. Other than that, it wasn't a problem and I had a comfortable stay.

Good location. Just opposite to the railway station but the room has the good soundproofing. The public transport is very convenient. A good restaurant with a bar is next door.

Both the gentleman at check-in and the gentleman at reception on Sunday morning, as well as the lady from the kitchen, were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Very convenient location next to the river. Breakfast area on the 6th floor has wonderful views of the Rhine river and the city.

The location is very central. I was able to check in at any time; I used the contactless check-in after reception opened. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One small drawback is that there was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. I would avoid the hotel during the height of summer, but otherwise I would be happy to stay there again.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, which is rare in the city center. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I worked during my stay.
