This is a small local hotel. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Prices are very reasonable. The rooms are well appointed, with a private bathroom. It is a comfortable place to stay.

A great location for budget travelers! Only steps from the Bahnhof and then from the rest of a very friendly city. Be careful you could easily walk past the entrance. With several restaurants and shops near. It's conveniently located so that you are a short walk from all the seasonal event that Mainz has! Making it my first thought when I'm in Mainz.

Accommodation and receptionist was very good( the little cleaver boy)❣️ ..

However the breakfast was a disaster, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast, the wasn't e even eggs, preferably coffee etc

Located near to bus stop. Rooms are good and maintenance is also good. Food and service is average. No lift so you have to take steps all the time. Bed condition was poor.

Hotel is great! Was there for some days for a work trip and had everything I needed. There’s an Italian restaurant in-house where you can pick-up dinner; there’s a supermarket just opposite of the hotel as well as a bus stop. Staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Rooms, facilities were standard. Very convenient hotel! Would definitely come here again when in Mainz.

It is close enough to the centre and the room is comfortable. There is free wi-fi and free parking. In the hotel there is an Italian restaurant. The bathroom is large and comfortable.

The hotel is not wrong. Looks clean. The beds are reasonably well in a pit. The breakfast is good, everything is there.

The location is very good, the train station and the city centre is easily accessible, the rooms(at least mine) are quite small, the bathroom is extremely small. The floor is stained, and it smells musty. The exhaust air from the built-in Restaurant there is a smell in the evening as in the Großkücke. Traffic noise is clearly audible, the bed.

Rooms large, staff very friendly. The Breakfast could offer more selection, but it is okay. To recommend very much!

-Lost personal belongings-
I left my very expensive headphones in a hotel by accident, because cleaning personnel hanged my headphones on top of a lamp during cleaning without asking and I did not think to check them there when leaving room. Called the hotel few hours after check out, headphones were not in the room, nor anyone was checked in yet in the room. Draw conclusions yourself! This is very unacceptable!
