Hotel Zum Fährturm in Mehring

Nice clean room, beautiful view of the river Moselle. Excellent restaurant and good quality breakfast. Welcoming staff, would certainly return.

On our way back to uk after a month long tour to Croatia and lots of places in between, eaten out every other night and had some superb food but this was the meal of the trip. Actually quite a few meals that me and my wife fancied, I opted for the Venison with potato dumplings, red cabbage, pear, cranberry and gravy. The wife had 3 pork medallions with croquettes , pepper sauce and excellent side salad and I can honestly say what a lovely meal. Always have good food in Germany but this was a treat and also great value. Staff very friendly, professional and efficient. Liked the look of the cake display but I was finished. Superb.

I've only eaten an apple pie (delicious), but I could see the service was very fast. It was full of people and most of them had reservation so I'm guessing this must be very popular place. It has a nice view at the river.

Again just like it was 3 and 6 years ago when we stayed there. Only passing through this time.Great menu ,good food and nice staff.

Very delicious food. It is located close to the Mosel. They even have fresh pepper. The quality of the food is way above average. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to eat with a great outdoor space right next to the Mosella river.
Really good food, big portions and real nice personnel.
Good spot to rest after a hike or bike tour on the beautiful trails of this region.
The restaurant serves food all day, so wether you just want a snack or you're craving for something more filling, they'll be happy to serve you :)
