A nice hotel with big rooms with a balcony. I very well equipped , I asked for a kid bad and found it installed in the room with all what we need. The breakfast was also good and consistent, we loved so much the bread with grains.

We stayed a night in the hotel in room 17 close to the reception. It was noisy at night as we could hear kitchen staff clearing, sound of delivery van below and garbage bins being slammed. We were starting on Easter Monday for 2 nights here and must say, for a Short break in Trier can only recommend it. Large rooms, Breakfast is served at the table. Staff friendly. The room could be in the bathroom to be renovated, especially the da Was on the toilet mold. From a rich Breakfast, you can't talk about unfortunately, it is all carefully counted The house is very clairaudient, you get exactly with when who comes and goes.

I had a hard time with this review…On one hand , it was clean, affordable & EXTREMELY close to the Porta Nigra (quite literally the next building over). On the other hand, the showers never worked, and the bed was almost too uncomfortable (to be fair, we never complained). Clean, not far away from West  Trier Station, but a Little expansive . So, not so bad Danke schön!

If you are driving only It’s near river except river is extremely boring the Roman remains are in centre which is about 2 km ! It’s an average hotel with a kettle and coffee ! It’s near Roman bridge !

Good location and a quick walk to anything within the city! The river makes for a good view as well.

For those who are traveling alone, please note that there is no 24-hour self-service check-in. You need a working email address and an international credit card. 24-hour Internet access is very important. It is not recommended for people who lack travel experience.

The hotel is very central, within walking distance from Trier's main attractions. The room was nice, not super clean but good enough to stay the night. Fair quality for the price

The location was an easy walk from the train station and just a half block from the Porta Nigra and the old town section of Trier. The room was clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent. Very basic. Rooms didnt really look as nice as advertised. It was hot and there was no air conditioning and the window wouldn't open properly

Stayed for 2 nights and all was good. I did not use the restaurant so I can't review it. Close to everything, clean, and quiet.

A pleaseant hotel close to the Porta Nigra. Staff very accomodating. The Breakfast is excellent, well worth the extra cost. Beds and bedding are very comfortable, we had a great nights sleep. Sorry but there are a couple of negatives. The Bathroom is very small and has a glass door with see-through stripes. The shower temperatur regulation is very sensitive and it took over two minutes to get hot water...

We stayed here for one night at the end of August in 2025. We had the two bedroom/two bathroom suite for a family of 4 and it was wonderfully spacious and modern. Breakfast was amazing - quantity and quality of options was fantastic - although there is a cost for the breakfast. The hotel is extremely close to the Porta Nigra and therefore walking distance to all of the main attractions and restaurants...

Great use of space in the hotel rooms. Amazing location. Walk to everything. Even a full size grocery store next door. Safe cheap parking. We speak French German and English and Some Staff didn't even speak German. No A/C as expected but rooms were incredibly hot at night. Lots of road noise if you left windows open.

Very good The room was simple but practical, nice and clean. Though there is no reception, it was easy to reach the hotel and arrange check in. The communication was very good, friendly and clear. The location is ideal as the hotel is close to the main attractions of the town.

Overall Good hotel Location was very good but room should include water or kettle in the room for hot water to drink and cups.

Nice area close to city centre. Parking nearby in multi-storey very convenient but expensive. No reception but clear instructions for entry to property. Truer is a very nice city well worth a longer visit.

Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was lovely.

The hotel is from a well-known chain and is located far from the city center and the bus stop. There's a large, inexpensive supermarket nearby called Rewe.

Clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Train station in sight, but a long roundabout walk to reach it.

Reasonably priced and breakfast was good. Warm welcome by reception guy when I arrived and he helped with my checking in. Hotel would have been better placed on opposite side of train station for easier access to Trier City centre, but walk is not far. Disturbed sleep a few times from noisy hotel guests slamming or knocking on doors. Not a fan of the key code entry system!

We had a great, quiet room on the third floor. Enough space for the four of us, good shower, no noise from neighbours and/or outside. A little walk away from the center, very enjoyable
