Booked to stay here for 2 nights, but due to personal reasons i needed to cancel the booking. I’d already paid for it and when trying to cancel i knew it was non-refundable, which is fine.
I messaged the hotel to explain the situation briefly, i tried to change the dates, i also did request a free cancellation (again i know it did say it’s non-refundable but the option was there so thought id try).
Anyway, this was over 3 days ago, and i have had no response at all, so i would most definitely not book to stay here again, communication is absolutely awful!

Booked 2 rooms for 8 people for a city trip in Trier and 1 room had 3 normal beds but 1 foldable fieldbed. Totally unacceptable for something with the name "hotel" in it's titel. You don't even find this in a hostel! You could not lay in this fieldbed as it was really uncomfortable and impossible for someone of 1m90 to lay in.

Very good
The room was simple but practical, nice and clean. Though there is no reception, it was easy to reach the hotel and arrange check in. The communication was very good, friendly and clear. The location is ideal as the hotel is close to the main attractions of the town.

Nice area close to city centre. Parking nearby in multi-storey very convenient but expensive. No reception but clear instructions for entry to property. Truer is a very nice city well worth a longer visit.

I can truthfully say the only good thing about this hotel is the location. For the rest its a complete disaster! This hotel is very basic the rooms were clean but very cheaply done. When we opened our sons bedroom window it opened to roof space which was absolutely disgusting ( please see photos) Bird excrement everywhere with an old beer bottle with mould growing. This is not hygienic also for breathing. The rooms have no airconditioning and it was stifling hot . I asked the lady if she had any fans but we didn't get a reply. For the amount of money the rooms cost you would think that the rooms would have at least a little fan. We paid for family room and a triple room €298 + € 73.50 for breackfast (5 adults + 2 children) The Breakfast is also nothing to speak about ,very Sparse. I would definitely not recommend this hotel!

Amazing location - right next to Porta Nigra gate, close to all other sights and the old city. 5min walk to the main railway station.

This review only covers the restaurant.
The food is just ok, nothing special, and surely not up to the price asked. Staff seems to be quit inexperienced, but nice.
