Very good value hotel and hard to beat for comfort and service. Rooms are large, shower was great and everything clean. Excellent buffet breakfast even when it got very busy.

Very central hotel, 5 minutes walking distance to the main trainstation. Breakfast is really good with many variety. Shower flows well but temperature is unstable. Rooms are not isolated well and beca the lobby hall is huge, you litera hear all the noise. Rooms are very outdated and there is not even a coffee machine present. Overall for a business trip, short stay, you may consider it. But in general I didn't enjoy the noise and terrible sound insulation in the room.

Very disappointing stay. I booked this hotel via Booking.com due to an urgent work trip and had a confirmed reservation. Upon arrival, the hotel claimed the reservation did not appear in their system, rejected it, and then increased the price twice within just a few minutes, leaving me with no realistic alternative but to accept a much higher rate.
During the stay, several basic services failed. The Wi-Fi did not work at all, which was a serious issue as I work remotely and had to use my personal mobile data. There was also no hot water, so I couldn’t even shower. I lost several hours of both work time and paid accommodation while waiting for these problems to be addressed.
The staff were rude and dismissive, and despite complaining during and after my stay, my complaint was not properly handled.
For the price charged (140 euros) the level of service was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel.

Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was very spacious, and the two single beds were a great addition to the large queen bed. It was equipped with a minibar, which was very convenient for keeping our drinks cold. Both the room and the bathroom were extremely clean, quite the opposite of what some other guests had mentioned (take it from a cleanliness-obsessed traveler :D !).
The breakfast was excellent. The pool was small but nice for children. The hotel also offers a large underground parking garage for about 20 euros per night. The location is great as well, close to the Altstadt and some nice restaurants.
If I had to complain about something, it would be the elevators, which are too few for a hotel of this size. Having only two elevators per side is below standard. They are also a bit inconvenient to use, as you must scan your room card each time.
Another minor complaint is that the hotel staff are not very responsive via email or Booking.com, though they often answer by phone. However, when they do respond, they are very polite and friendly.

The location is the best in whole of Magdeburg, nothing comes close. They are walking distance to all the famous sights and the Hbf.

It was very cold when I arrived in Magdeburg. The warmest place was the hotel. I slept in the hotel every day and didn't want to go out.
The service was very good, the hotel decoration was also good, there was a very open lobby, and the surrounding area was also very convenient, a few minutes away from the station
