Nice cozy hotel, good restaurant. The hotel is far, but that's ok if you know beforehand. It's a quiet and chill place, so nothing to worry about. They don't know much English, but the ladies in the restaurant were super friendly and nice. Furthermore, it was the only hotel in Germany that offered a crib for our baby. The carpet in the room was smelling a bit, so it needed better cleaning.

Nice hotel. A Clean facility with clean rooms. Self check in Kiosk on after hours when reception is not present. Pet friendly. A good place to spend the night while traveling or taking a day trip in the city.

The interior design is classic, yet with modern touches that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. I especially appreciated that the room was quiet, despite the hotel being right in the city center. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the staff were very professional and helpful.

We arrived ca. 20:30 and initially had difficulties in finding a car parking space until a very helpful gentleman from the hotel came over and recommended a space close to the entrance. From the car park he then welcomed us and did his very best to ensure that the kitchen would remain open for us to have a late dinner. As we were travelling with a large dog who wasn't allowed in the restaurant he arranged for us to eat in a corner in the reception area which was great.
Our room was on the first floor at the back of the property. This was a relief as the hotel is located on a road which was surprisingly busy and, therefore, noisy.
We had two comfortable single beds and all the modern mod cons you expect. The WiFi worked well and we appreciated the attention to also make our dog feel welcome and comfortable. Water and food bowls and doggie treats!
After a late night walk along the dark, but busy road we had a night cap in the beer garden at the back of the hotel.
All was good. As a reminder, the hotel is located on a busy national road out of any village or town so try to get a room at the rear of the property.
I would have liked a small fridge in the room to store some medicine.

Really pleasant stay at the Classik Hotel in Magdeburg. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The hotel is really dog friendly, we even got a small doggy pack at the check in! Highly recommend!

Excellent room, very friendly reception, sadly breakfast is 16 Euro per Person. No alternative (small breakfast). However, super friendly, and pets allowed which is great but a one-off charge 15 Euros. Plenty parking too but is charged 6 Euro per day nowerdays. Overall are other locations becoming more interesting now.

Good value for money. Cheap. Everything OK.
