We had a very nice stay.
The room was a little too small for a Business (3 level higher than the basic one), but it was VERY clean.
We managed to visit the sauna when it was completely empty (they told us it was luck) and it was really great - especially the quiet terrace among the roofs of the city. Just beautiful.
Breakfast was also very good.

Only 4 stars because of the most important point for an hotel: the welcoming.
Very friendly, but still even if we booked one room they asked “2 separate rooms?” because we were 2 guys.

Great location in the heart of Wittenberg, just steps from the all the major Luther sights. Our room was basic but functional with a comfortable bed, large desk, and plenty of natural light. The bathroom was clean and practical. Everything was well maintained. A solid value for travelers prioritizing location and cleanliness over luxury.

This is a basic hotel with clean and well maintained rooms at affordable prices. It is not fancy or modern. Personnel is very friendly and happy to help. Location is just around the corner from most sites in Wittenberg. The breakfast buffet is very good and highly recommendable.

Superior breakfast.
Sauna (Finnish, steam, infrared), underground parking (incl. e‑charging), bike storage.

Top of the line place to stay. Big and comfortable room. We opted for breakfast included, good choice, wide variety of breakfast items. Hotel is close to all the major sights. Just a 17 minute walk from the train station.

A drab and uncomfortable place to stay. For example, there is no colour or artwork in the room, there is no air conditioning (just an ineffective and noisy fan), the Wi-fi continually drops out and there are no tea or coffee making facilities. On the plus side, the sauna facilities are excellent…but otherwise very substandard.

They have no service after 22:00 so if you have a problem after that time there's nothing u can do about it (tottal nonsense, like not even one person fro the night shift for an emergency or something). The room I stayed in had BAD BUGS and I did not sleep, waited till 6am to leave that place. I just got one small “I'm sorry” from a lady that was acting like she didn't understand English. You can't have an hotel waiting for tourists and act like you can't speak English. Total nightmare. This was last year just forgot to write how disturbing the experience was, with all that money u pay but they can't properly clean mattresses from infestation 🤢🤮
(update from the reply: indeed it was your hotel and I also have pictures and emails of the stay. I'm surprised that nothing was done to undo the claim I did at the reception that day (judging from your reply). I was also not aware for the emergency nr. plus at the reception there was no sign at the time and I was told multiple time by the staff that there where no way to give service after 22:00. Also u state that the reception all speak English which they where except for this one that acted like she didn't understand, I showed her the pic and said they where in the bad (even google translated it for her). If you say that your shocked by my claim well Im more shocked cause I lived it. But it's my fault for not making it a big deal and not asking for reimbursement.

The hotel is a great starting point to discover the city, just in the middle of the town. The room is large and there is a fantastic, clean bathroom.

Unfortunately the curtains are so small that they do not really cover the windows. There is no airco, so when you want to open the window at night, it is as if you sleep on the street, nice for the neighbours in front.

And although the town is very quiet during the day and the evening, they start the working day with lots of noises at 5 a.m. They told me that usually people stay 1 or 2 nights. They knew about the noise. So, I don't understand why they don't give a quiet room to someone staying 5 nights.

A small fridge would have been welcome, there is only 1 supermarket and it would be convenient to store a bit of fresh drinks.
