There was problem with room service. Not changing towels and clean room.

The bed had a sort of rubberized sheet below the lower sheet that had a smell to it. The temperature set control did not seem to work. It was warm in August and the only bedding provided was for cold weather.

The room was terrible, with a strange layout and fabrics. The TV was parallel to the bed, and the wardrobe was directly against the bathroom door. The hotel itself felt like an old hotel in a third-tier city that had been revamped. I don't know how it got so many good reviews.

The service was terrible. Be aware of the small sign at the front desk when checking in. It's inconspicuously located on the side that says: "Hosting service is not required by default. Please request a change of towels or room changes at the front desk." This felt like a bit of a hidden trap. I requested cleaning service, and the cleaner knocked on my door at 8:30 the next morning. I was speechless.

The front desk was also very unremarkable. Unless you requested it, they wouldn't offer a city map or guide to the surrounding area.

In short, I was very disappointed and wouldn't go back.

The city itself is nice, with a lovely surrounding. The small zoo was pleasant to visit, and the food was delicious.
