Great location in the city center, nice spacious room for 2, good breakfast, friendly reception (speaking DE/EN/PL/IT at least). Though I believe this price could include slippers, bathrobe, and free bottle of water.

Warning: Hotel Italia cheats! We had unheated apartments rented via booking.com in November 2021. The worst part is that Hotel Italia cheated in correspondence with booking.com many times.

The kitchen in the mini-apartment didn't work for 4 days (and I didn't get not even 1€ of discount!) and the room was too cold. Certainly not a pleasant stay.

Very small and not so nice. Do not recommend for business trips. Should cost twice less.

I’m not used to make bad reviews even when I’m Unhappy but this time I spend two night without warming because they switch it off during the night to save money , when I made a complain they were very unpolite
Telling me that I was liing. When I arrived nobody accompanied me to my room that was in another building to I was lost and I tried harder to find it, receptionist at is not available after 8pm
Breakfast is poor
But everything should be forgivable with a polite treatment instead of a rude one.
