Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of everything. It’s not luxurious but has everything for a short stay. Very clean.

Very convenient location and good & friendly hospitality. Appreciate the lady receptionist that allowed me early checked in and even prepared for me packed breakfast (breakfast on the go) coz we have to catch the early train to Berlin. Many thanks to her 😀❤️

Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2

The room's air conditioning was very noisy; I complained to the front desk, but they didn't fix it. Later, they sent someone to check it out, but they couldn't resolve the issue either. The hotel has parking in the suburbs. Parking costs 16 euros.

The hotel must have a long history, with heavy copper keys, a nice environment, and a fountain.

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event. The breakfast buffet is amazing with variety. Very friendly staff.

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

Checking in was painful, 20 minute wait plus nearly 20 minutes at the desk as inclusions for our booking weren't recognised initially, then accidentallycharged double for local taxes and parking. Checking out was more painful, felt like more than 20 minutes at the desk, due to similar issues at check in (refund of overpayment at Checking wasn't initially recognised, then took ages to get approved....

This hotel is truly family-friendly and centered around children. The room itself is simple but clean, but everything designed for kids is top-notch. Our baby absolutely loves it here—and especially Yoki, the hotel’s mascot—which is all that matters to us. We’ll definitely be coming back! 👍🏻

Very charming hotel. Lots of things for kids to do. Our granddaughter loved the indoor playground and the outdoor activities too. Our only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance. We weren't aware of that until we arrived and it did make a difference in our stay. If we stay again, we'll verify if the pool is open before we drive so far. Still glad we went and the location...

Excellent ...but only if you speak German. Very few staff speak English which is a bummer as the place has so much to offer. From family activities to the stunning view, there's plenty to do inside or outside regardless of the weather!

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. Overall, it wasn't bad. There were no particularly dirty areas, so it's good for people who want to stay cheap. A normal hotel.

The location is a little far from the central station, but I used the tram to get there. It's a nice, quiet place with no noise. Best of all, there was a bathtub, so I was able to take a long bath and relieve the fatigue of my travels. Another good point is that there is a shop inside the hotel. I was able to buy water, alcohol, snacks, etc. The front desk staff were also very kind. Highly rated.

Distasteful rooms, with mediocre service, lacking flexibility, common sense and manners. Acceptable to spend the night due to location for business, but otherwise unremarkable. Needs full refurbishing and renewal, proper air conditioning, and more friendly service.

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

An ideal place to stay during trade fairs in Leipzig. The Congress Centre (exhibition grounds) is within walking distance, yet the hotel itself is in a quiet location. I am in love with this hotel. The staff is nice. You can even cook in the kitchen, when you ask for it. Isn't this amazing? The only thing I didn't like is how they made the bed. There were however, a few lacks in our room: there was no hair dryer and there were only one glass for tea/coffee and there were no spoon to mix the coffee sweeteners. Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.

In our opinion this is not a 4 star hotel. There are services and elements which is generally associated with a 4 star hotel such as room service, mini bar and air condition. But the rooms are definitely nothing more than standard. The furniture is old looking although the carpet appears to be reasonably new. There are many minor details which further support the impression of not being a 4star hotel...

Not very satisfied with this stay. I booked a superior double room but ended up with one where the bathroom was oddly in the middle of the room. Paid €25 more than the price shown on Google, and breakfast was not included. Facilities are dated, but the location is excellent. Overall, about 3.5–4 out of 5.

Last minute booking whilst cycling through Germany. I had some anxiety about parking and storage of our bicycles. The hotel offers secure storage in their garage, anxiety sorted. Hotel was good with comfy beds and good service. Reasonably priced, would stop here again.

A special mention for Tobias who offered very good customer service as the Duty Manager. He was warm and friendly and tried his best to resolve issues. He organised a dinner booking at an external restaurant including the taxi booking.The curtains in the room were tatty and dirty. The water in the room was not replaced on our second day.Thank you.

The hotel is best located, 5 to 10 min walking distance from the main station, 10 min to the Bauhaus museum and 15 min to the Bauhaus building. The breakfast is super and serve continental food. The room are huge, clean and the service is good, friendly. Spa is included! The minus come from the repair status. I pay for 4 star Radisson Blu hotel and do expect higher frequency of modern up the hotel
