Staff is unbelievable friendly and helpful. Location is right in the middle of everything. It’s not luxurious but has everything for a short stay. Very clean.

Dogs or cats hairs in the room even if it s a allergy free room so our daughter had allerguc reaction the hole week. Otherwise nice place with really good spa center. Bit of a pity that you need to pay 2

The room's air conditioning was very noisy; I complained to the front desk, but they didn't fix it. Later, they sent someone to check it out, but they couldn't resolve the issue either. The hotel has parking in the suburbs. Parking costs 16 euros.

The hotel must have a long history, with heavy copper keys, a nice environment, and a fountain.

Wonderful stay in nice surroundings The Radisson is a wonderful hotel in very nice surroundings. It was very convenient for us as it is within walking distance of the Villa Sorgenfrei where we had a family event. The breakfast buffet is amazing with variety. Very friendly staff.

Everything is good. But the door lock is run out of battery. We had to visit reception twice to fix the issue.

The room is quite small. The service staff deducted too much money and did not return it after a long negotiation.

A room assigned to me is used room, no tidy up, rubbish everywhere. Terrible! Then, I have to go down again for changing another room. Moreover, my booking is a king bed room, however, a twins bed room is assigned to me because of overbooking. Very bad experience.

It was basically passable, which might be a characteristic of foreign countries. The facilities were very old, and as for the service, they only helped make the bed each day; nothing else was ever replaced.

Great location and the staff were helpful and the breakfast was good. Warning for short people, the toilets are really high and square shaped. Not able to full put your feet on the floor and there is no other option available to make sitting more comfortable.

I had a great stay at the Pentahotel in Leipzig. The room was spacious and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. In the evening, the bar had a lively atmosphere and was the perfect place to enjoy a drink. I used this hotel for a business workshop and was extremely impressed. The conference rooms were spacious and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, making everything run smoothly. Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

Very good location, attentive service, and a good breakfast. We had problems with the air conditioning, but they quickly resolved the issue. It was annoying that the cleaning staff came to the room twice in the morning. If checkout is at 11 a.m., guests shouldn't be disturbed in the morning.

Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.

Great value for money! 15-20 minutes to the Old Town. Good parking under the hotel €12, we parked in the street as it was weekend and free. Nice cosy bar with snacks available following our return from the Semperoper. Highly recommended!

It was clean, well-located, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Aside from the lack of a coffee pot, it was perfect. I brought one after reading other guests' reviews, but there really wasn't one. Haha. A welcome bottle of sparkling water was provided. Breakfast was also decent. I don't usually expect much from a European breakfast, but they had salmon.

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of quality foods. Parking in the underground garage is easy. The hotel is just a short walk from a bunch of cool attractions. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. We had a good dinner and wonderful breakfast. They also have a very interesting loyalty programme. Bravo!

Still Some room for improvement- in the order there were bath tub and shower but didnt mention these are in the same wet room . No much sense having it together so we couldnt take this in advantage. It was clean and nice. The underground pool was quite deep, so it was fun. I was supposed to be assigned a room on the 1st to 4th floor, but all the rooms were taken, so I was given the 8th floor.

It was a delightfully awful experience with the Hilton chain. A gorgeous wrapper (the entrance and the glowing sign) with a rotten candy inside — low ceilings, pitiful room and hallway decor, walls painted sometime around the early 2000s, and carpets that have clearly survived several world events. Not very satisfied with this stay. I booked a superior double room but ended up with one where the bathroom was oddly in the middle of the room. Great city location Fantastic location by the river in the Altstadt. All of the main sights are walkable and closeby. Room was comfortable with a fan provided as there is no air conditioning. No car park, so use the adjacent street until the bridge car park reopens (€6 per 24hrs).

Nice hotel, big room, friendly staff. A little bit out of the city but easy access on foot (15 min) or via the tram. Very close the river which is a nice walk into the old town.

They handled my double payment in a very professional and effcient way. Reliable! The lunch box they prepared for me for my very early departure (at 3:40 AM) is also considerate. It is close to River Elbe for which I would show a few photos below. It would be great to walk at the trail along the river.

The lobby is quite large, with a gym next door. The service was acceptable. The mattress in the room was too soft and the problem persisted even after three nights. The breakfast was average. Besides sausage, butter, bread, and fruit, it was also canned sugar. I was a little disappointed. It's a 20-minute walk from the old town.

This hotel is in a great location with excellent service, and the minibar was a great. A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel.
